What the role is

CAAS is seeking a passionate individual who is experienced in Capability Development function to join our team. You will play an important role in supporting learning programmes and initiatives that grow professionalism, capability and performance of CAAS colleagues.

What you will be working on

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Implement and manage learning programs and initiatives to address the organization's skill development and training needs, including coordinating registration, scheduling, logistics

• Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide training content, curriculum, and materials for various learning programs including sharing and briefing sessions

• Review training materials for coherency and relevancy to established organisational learning objectives

• Provide guidance and support to learners and learning partners to ensure smooth and high-quality training delivery standards

• Ensure timely accurate record updating in HR training system for analysis of training data and generate reports to track training participation, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) for learning initiatives

• Provide feedback and suggestions on process improvement in the capability development function for efficiency and effectiveness.

Senior Manager (Talent Acquisition)


[What the role is?]
As a member of the Human Resource Division’s Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle with the aim to build a strong and sustainable talent pool for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).


[What you will be working on?]

Main responsibilities:

(a) Provide professional advice on labour market trends and develop hiring strategies to recruit talents with required skill sets.

(b) Work closely with the HR Business Partners and divisional stakeholders on matters relating to manpower planning, developing and implementing effective strategies in attracting talents;

(c) Proactively build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline to meet current and future manpower needs;

(d) Participate in the full recruitment cycle, not limited to the placement of job advertisements, sourcing, coordinating and conducting of interviews, making recommendations to the hiring managers, preparing salary proposals, making job offers and negotiation, preparing contracts and on-boarding of new hires etc.

As a team member in the Sustainability Office, you will help promote Singapore’s aviation interests to sustain the long-term competitiveness of the Singapore air hub. This will involve overseeing and coordinating matters relating to aviation environmental protection, and supporting the development and implementation of sustainability roadmaps for domestic airport emissions and international aviation emissions.



[What you will be working on]

You will analyze global aviation trends and monitor broader environmental developments to refine and implement CAAS’ sustainability strategy. You will also align policy positions across various CAAS divisions, and other government agencies handling issues with environmental implications. You will also analyze and provide recommendations on key aviation environmental issues discussed at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and regional bodies like ASEAN. You will work closely with our aviation stakeholders to support the development of these policies, and in their implementation.

[What the role is]
You will be part of the multi-disciplinary engineering team supporting the procurement efforts for CAAS’ next generation systems to achieve our organisation objectives.
