Requirements

· Possess Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or ACCA finalist

· Preferably with 1 year Audit experience.

· Able to perform good quality work in a capable, efficient and appropriate manner.

· Responsible with good work attitude and integrity.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform statutory and special audits, evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls to clients, identify audit issues and concerns, and make practical value-added recommendations on internal controls and business processes
• Knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test, and sampling methods
• Able to take up ad hoc assignments/reports when required
• Able to guide the junior staff and ensure timely submission of reports and meeting tight deadlines (applicable to Audit Seniors)

• Communicating with clients to better understand financial needs and report that information to the Accountant
• Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing
• Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reports
• Working closely with accounting or financial professional to manage client’s records
• Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs
• Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for and manage full spectrum of assigned insurers, performing insurer reconciliations of commissions.

• Preparation of statement of accounts for the respective insurers

• Responsible for Accounts Receivables including data management and invoicing, aged debt reporting and control

• Responsible for Accounts Payable (Expenses), employee expense claims, and payments cycle

• Perform month end tasks such as bank reconciliations, maintain fixed asset register

• Responsible for monitoring and posting of incoming funds.

• Execute any tasks/projects as assigned

• Able to liaise with Sales team for any invoicing queries

• Responsible for updating system with New products/New insurers and commission rates.
