What you’ll do:
Participate and lead in the development and implementation of projects, policies, and/or procedures, aimed at improving end to end Supplier management
Own the investigation and root cause analysis of inquiries from both internal and external business partners
Explore new ways of approaching business processes to inspire change and mitigate/eliminate potential inquires
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Business partners to understand of business processes as they relate to financial processes and reporting
Take large amounts of information from multiple sources/systems and produce simple and easy-to-understand explanations and action plans
Lead and facilitate meetings and establish relationships with Suppliers and various internal business partners
Look at proactive metrics to detect and resolve issues with the P2P pipeline including, but not limited to, open and aging GRIR, EDI transmission issues, store and DC receiving issues, P&L lines, and data issues.
Support Suppliers and Procurement teams with Costing, and Vendor Income analysis and projects

What you have done:
Bachelor’s Degree or Post-Secondary education in Business, Accounting, or Finance related subject areas or 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the retail food industry or the above subject areas
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate and present information in a clear, concise format
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Previous working experience with SAP, VBA, and SQL is considered an asset
Proven understanding of accounting and financial processes and experience with connecting dots between Finance and Business functions
Consistent record to plan, organizing, and prioritizing numerous tasks with conflicting priorities and consistently delivering on-time and accurate results
Excellent skills in relationship building and influencing skills to achieve results
Being bilingual in French is considered an asset.

The Procure to Pay Senior Analyst will be a key member of the Controls, Analytics, Reporting and Standards, part of the larger Vendor Income Finance Team. This role will be responsible for supporting various Finance objectives focusing on maintaining controls, driving process efficiencies and data-driven insights. Requirements:

Summary
The Procurement Analyst is responsible for researching, analyzing, and securing various products and services essential to support the business. This position will assess supplier proposals including compliance with procurement guidelines, company policies, and alignment with strategic company objectives.
This position will be responsible for data management with regards to purchases and contracts and work to develop purchasing standard methodologies and system workflow enhancements. Responsibilities
Partner with business units and legal team in the negotiation of contracts and agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). While ensures compliance with operational requirements, internal controls, and regulations.
Execute RFP or RFI, RFx for high impact, high spend, complex products and services. Manage large scale or sensitive sourcing projects (RFP’s) by conducting preliminary research, determining business requirements, preparing bidding documentation, performing comparative analysis of vendor proposals and negotiating contract terms.
Analyze historical spend to assist in the development of procurement strategies. Also, works with Financial Planning & Analysis on reviewing category spend to ensure budget compliance.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate sharp long-term agreements to support our company growth.
Optimize sourcing procedures and processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a range of Indirect Spend categories and management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Depth of knowledge in an ERP system
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent attention to detail
Depth of knowledge in Workday a plus.
