The Account Manager plays a crucial role as a bridge between the agency and its clients. This position involves managing client relationships, understanding the client's needs, and ensuring the successful execution of communication campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Creative Briefing: Client involvement in the creative process, supports the creative team with style guides, collaborates & organizes brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintains a feedback loop with the creative team, and updates brief templates for streamlined efficiency. 
• Market Research & Industry Knowledge: Keeping informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, conducting research and analysis to offer clients strategic insights and recommendations.

       ii.            Mengendalikan aktiviti pameran anjuran SUHAKAM dan juga pihak luar di dalam Lembah Klang dan di negeri lain. Aktiviti pameran melibatkan sesi penerangan dan kaji selidik ringkas tentang pemahaman orang awam tentang SUHAKAM dan hak asasi manusia;

     iii.            Membantu menjalinkan hubungan kerjasama SUHAKAM dengan pihak bukan kerajaan (NGO) untuk mempromosi isu tematik hak asasi manusia seperti Rumah Ibadat Mesra OKU melalui penganjuran program dan penerbitan bahan cetakan;

     iv.            Membantu menyelaraskan projek iklan SUHAKAM dan hak asasi manusia di tempat awam seperti stesen TV, radio, lebuhraya, dan pengangkutan awam;

       v.            Membantu menyediakan bahan promosi termasuk booklet, infografik, poster dan bahan pameran mengenai hak asasi manusia dan SUHAKAM.

     vi.            Merancang, mengembangkan, dan memproduksi konten video promosi yang menarik untuk produk atau layanan perusahaan.

   vii.            Mengkoordinasikan dan bekerja sama dengan tim media untuk menghasilkan ide-ide kreatif yang sesuai dengan strategi promosi SUHAKAM.

 viii.            Mengedit dan menyusun footage video menjadi konten yang menarik dan informatif.

Join our team as a Sales Executive cum Interviewer to embark on an exciting journey to meet with Successful Personality to share their life inspiring stories. Your role includes conducting interview, documenting the achievements and presenting the personality our exclusive range of products offering.

Responsibilties :

- Conduct market research to identify interview & selling possibilities and evaluate personality needs

- Invite personality for an interview via various communication channels

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities for interview invitation through networking & social media 

- Schedule an interview appointment with the personality and conduct the interview base on BPH standardize questionnaire 

- To conduct min 10 - 15 interviews monthly

- Product presentation & offering to the personality

- Drafting the biography & others in our CRM system

- Follow through with the personality

- Collaborate closely with the TMs to achieve personal target and company target as a whole

Requirements :

1) Must possess at least SPM/ O-Level , Diploma or Degree in any field. 

2) Proven min 2 years sales experience 

3) Proficiency & Fluency in English is essential

4)  Fast Learner and passion for sales

5) Strong writing, interpersonal , communication & listening skills.

6) Ambition & Drive

7) Willingness to accept responsibility & to embrace work challenges

8) Self motivated & able to work independently
