As an Administrative Assistant (RAU), you will be responsible for delivering quality frontline customer service, and administrative and operational support to the manager and HOD in ensuring efficient and smooth operations for Home Based Services. You will also be tasked to create a positive experience for all internal and external customers and clients to ensure quality client care experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Job Description

The Teaching and Learning Centre at Singapore University of Social Sciences is inviting applications for a full-time research assistant position for one or two years. The research assistant will work closely with the project leaders on a MOE TRF project. The project examines how university instructors perceive and use feedback dashboards and how they may impact their teaching practices and students’ learning experiences.

The research assistant will take the following responsibilities by working with the project leaders:

• Oversee the general management and administration of the project (e.g., organizing meetings and recording meeting minutes)
• Assist in the literature review, data collection, data analysis, and paper writing
• Assist in preparing both the progress and final reports of the project
