Job Responsibilities:

• Propose and prepare project design based on space efficient.
• Prepare 2D, 3D layout and detailed drawings for nationwide project.
• Prepare and/or review accuracy of Bill of Quantity (BQ) document provided by contractors/vendors. Conduct site inspection pre and post renovation for measurements, review renovation work against proposed layout and design, look for areas of improvement in terms of design and layout for future locations.
• Manages and supports branch development and maintenance activities for nationwide branches.
• Negotiate with suppliers/contractors vendors on the cost and purchase of items, services, works and repairs as needed.
• Manages on overall delivery of items purchased and to monitor/oversee repair and maintenance works done as needed until completion.
• To assist branch to resolve any maintenance/repair issues in a timely manner. This includes obtaining quotations, sourcing vendors, raising workflow approvals, and follow-up on issue until it is resolved and processing of invoices for work done.
• Responsible on conducting post renovation checks for defects, check renovations works is in accordance to BQ and complete inspection checklist of findings.
• Assist to prepare the necessary documentation for internal for any relocation and expansion project.
• To be flexible in undertaking any other special task, projects or assignment that may be assigned to you accordingly by management.
• Responsible to maintain Fixed Asset Listing for Regional Support Department as well as Regional Offices, Branches.
• To assist with compiling, checking of accuracy of invoices and completeness of supporting documents from Regional Support Department as well as Regional Offices, Branches before submission to Finance for payment.
• To assist with filing of all opening/relocation/expansion/ refurbishment projects for audit purposes.
• To ensure new joiners are provided with the necessary system access, PC's and etc.
• Manage in Ordering of office supplies and monitor inventory for Regional Support Department, all regions and branches.
• Assist in necessary report completions for the department. 

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveyor, Project Management or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Property Maintenance/Construction or relevant work experience
• Exposure to current design trends preferably in banking/insurance, retail or commercial designs is an added advantage

Job Description

• Assist in maintaining of building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification etc
• Liaise and co-ordinate with subcontractors for maintenance works
• To conduct daily facilities inspection to ensure all preventive maintenance works are completed and identify any defect if any.
• Determine and analyse the cause of defects, breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences.
• Populate and ensure monthly reports are accurately maintained.
• Follow all regulations and safety procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma from recognised tertiary establishment in Facility
• Management / Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Building Services
• 3 years relevant experience role in Facilities Operation in FM service provider
• Project Management skills
• FSM /other FM and Safety related certificates will have added advantage
• Resourceful, team player and able to work independently
• Must be able to work and / or response after office hours and weekends
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Can start work in immediately will be advantage

• Maintain and upkeep office facilities and serves as a liaison with vendors/ service providers/ building management team for facilities work maintenance
• Handle reparatory or maintenance of office facilities, equipment and pantry appliances such as lightings, telephone and aircon systems, etc.
• Monitor office equipment and other service/ maintenance contracts and handle contract renewals including drafting simple approval papers
• Support social and staff engagement events such as refreshment ordering, logistics coordination as required
• Purchase and replenish stationery and pantry supplies when necessary
• Assist to process HR department’s invoices for payment
• Any other ad hoc admin duties as delegated by management

Requirements

Job Description

1. Lead and manage overall repair cycle management including repair quote processing for all component repairs sent out under SIAEC’s Inventory Technical Management (ITM) program.
2. Establish and maintain repair network for effective and timely repair of SIAEC's and Customers' rotables.
3. Monitor repair vendor performance and organize regular performance review sessions with repair vendors in terms of shop turn around and quality of repair work done.
4. Ensure that repair vendors adhere to committed shop turn-around time (TAT) per PSAA/SSC obligations or commitments under Fixed Price Repair Agreements signed with SIAEC, to meet and exceed customer’s expectations and to fulfil operational requirements.
5. Review repair quotes on adequacy of work scope quoted, warranty and for possibility of replacement options as alternatives to repair.
6. Coordinate with other departments on issues like customer requirements, material support to ensure smooth operation of the repair to achieve on time delivery.
7. Manage staff to achieve sharing best practices, encouraging team performance to ensure prompt follow up with repair vendors on repair status and/or customers on quote approvals.
8. Monitor and manage production, work in progress, and staff performance.
9. Establish and maintain effective communication with staff for feedback and improvement
10. Follow up with customer for recharging of repair cost where applicable and to resolve disputes on repair invoices.
11. Implement process/system enhancement/improvement through continuous improvement, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, to maintain and strengthen a sustainable and efficient culture.
12. Standardise and ensure compliance of standard operational procedures, enforcing compliance for housekeeping, personal conduct, records, and best practices.

Requirements:
1. Degree in an Engineering field from a recognized university or equivalent.
2. Working experience in aviation industry preferred. Experience in repair or inventory management would be a further advantage.
3. Proactive team-player with strong leadership abilities, drive and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, to handle multiple priorities and deliver results to meet timelines.
