Job Description

• Handle Full set of account - AR, AP, GL
• Invoicing, update customer payment, submit invoice to customer portal on time.
• To attend and reply to customer's enquiries and emails.
• To attend promptly to customers' in-coming calls.
• To monitor customer payment.
• To key in supplier invoices and prepare payments.
• Quarterly GST submission.
• Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• To maintain the Accounts Payable functions of the company and its related subsidaries including issuing of payment by internet banking or otherwise.
• Preparation of management reports and aging reports from the accounting system for management.
• Maintain Fixed Assets register and depreciation / FRS 116 schedules.
• Prepare GST reports for submission quarterly.
• Update daily bank balance and perform bank reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Perform banking tasks as and when it is required.
