Job Responsibility:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, prepare cash forecasts, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Provide administrative support to the property development team
• Ensure timely payment processing and resolve any billing discrepancies

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum SPM
• Minimum 2 years related working experience
• Able to handle full set account
• Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterpart
