The Leidos Digital Modernization sector is seeking a Voice and Data Communications Analyst in support of the AFNCR IT Services program at the National Military Command Center (NMCC). The AFNCR IT Services program provides support services for information systems for Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Chiefs of Staff and other Air Force activities within the AFNCR missions to include the Pentagon, Joint Base Andrews (JBA), Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), and other locations, leased spaces, and alternate sites. Experience conducting performance/quality monitoring and testing, and trend analysis is high desirable.
Experience writing technical control operating procedure is desirable.
Experience developing, testing, implementing and maintaining communications operations contingency, exercise and restoral plans is desirable.
Circuit restoration, fault isolation, quality control testing, trend analysis, performance monitoring, and status reporting experience is highly desired.
Also desirable is background in implementing physical connections on frames, patch panels, cabling, and equipment by making cross connects.
Experience with COMSEC is preferred.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience assisting DTRA-OI-OA Focused Support Decisive Action program in its mission to counter improvised threats. You will provide support to our client, and forward deployed units, focused on countering improvised threats and the networks that finance, build or employ such threats.
What You’ll Get to Do:
As an Intelligence Analyst - Current Intel, you will provide embedded and reach back support to Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and Improvised Threat efforts and operations executed by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), committed warfighting units and partners. You will provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and network activity and narrow the search space to conduct CWMD operations. As required, you will interact directly with DTRA Senior Staff and deployed intelligence consumers during the development of intelligence products to meet intelligence requests for information.
More About the Role:
You will work closely with other members of your team to identify trends, capabilities, and vulnerabilities of emerging threats. Work within production schedules and coordinate with all parties involved to produce, deliver, and archive finished intelligence briefings to inform the command based on DTRA’s critical information requirements. These products will align with directed intelligence production standards, review and edit graphics, including interactive media, assist in the development of visual aids, and ensure proper formatting, verify proper sourcing of products and graphics, track production, document and ensure workflow through the production process.
Prepare and deliver the Daily/Weekly Update for DTRA’s Director.
Provide information and analysis support to DTRA working groups and analytical teams.
Conduct continuous research and maintain an awareness of current WMD and improvised threat technology and TTPs used by the state and non-state human enemy networks.
Apply all-source analysis to improve the effectiveness of WMD and improvised threat to global situational awareness operations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
You should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.

Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.

Leidos is seeking a Program Support Analyst to support the Program Management Office (PMO) of two contracts within the Intelligence Community. The PMO Program Support Analyst will assist the Program Management team in the management of the contract through the following activities: deliverable management, tracking, editing, and delivery; support to staffing, onboarding, and security processes; knowledge management and record keeping; scheduling and associated logistics; task tracking and follow up; facilitation of employee engagement events; and meeting management and facilitation. The Program Support Analyst will review deliverables and ensure that programmatic standards are met in the deliverables. Program Support Analyst will contribute to the development of optimized PMO processes and templates as needed and will ensure that contract deliverables and program artifacts are properly archived. The Program Support Analyst will perform a variety of responsibilities including processing access requests for new employees, managing program calendars, updating employee rosters, and reserving conference rooms for organizational meetings. The Program Support Analyst will track incoming hires and departures and may be asked to support ad-hoc projects as needed. Position is part time.
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position.
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience supporting the IC (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Experience managing and tracking multiple initiatives simultaneously, and experience prioritizing and monitoring tasks.
Proficient use Microsoft Office Suite, and other collaboration tools.
