Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Key Focus

• To implement an integrated key account management process between Samsung and the Telco key accounts.
• To build a strong working relationship with internal (PMs & other functional divisions) and external stakeholders to ensure better access of opportunities within these key accounts.
• Drive sales growth through solutions and cross selling of Samsung dedicated products (Enterprise Edition Model, Rugged, Knox). 

Account Management

• Identify key accounts based on customer mapping and segmentation.
• Relationship development and management with key individuals and top decision makers at the partner firm.
• Represents a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image of our company by handling business in a respectful and professional demeanor.
• Requires a deep understanding of the partner firm’s business, systems and processes especially in areas concerning product usage and capabilities.
• Address customer concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with   follow-up when appropriate.
• Develop & implement sales plan, presentations, proposals and contact reports.
• Proactively conduct needs finding and review sessions with all stakeholders on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
• Provide reports and analysis as required to generate creative solutions to maximize sales & profits.
• Be the bridge between the Samsung and our partner firm in finding and proposing cross selling opportunities.  
• Be responsible for building customer loyalty and ultimately developing advocates within these accounts.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in related industry.   
• The ability to chase new sales opportunities with aptitude to grow and foster these relationships into an ongoing partnership

SALES PLANNING

• Assist Branch Manager in developing product mix sales plan.
• Planning for effective utilization of the products available.
• Co-ordinate with the commercial and logistics department to arrange for timely delivery of material to the dealers.
• Planning day to day sales activities.

DEALER MANAGEMENT

• Building long term mutually beneficial relationship with the dealers to keep them motivated.
• Training dealer’s employees for proper display and educating them about product features.
• Arranging/ organizing service back up to the dealers.
• Give guidelines to the dealers regarding the promotional activities.
• Ensure that promotional material is properly displayed.

SALES SUPPORT

• Ensure proper and efficient after sales support to the dealer.
• Give feedback to the dealer regarding his sales support to the customer.

MIS

• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of reports regarding market activities, Competitors Products/ Prices/ Promotion activities to the Branch Manager.
• Prepare dealer reports related to sales figure, collection, scheme achievement etc.
• Send reports regarding discount schemes, figures, distribution of gifts, etc. to the accounts department.

FIELD MANAGEMENT

• Managing distribution of goods, which are high demand but short in supply.
• Maintaining contacts with competitors’ dealers to extract information.

Skills and Qualifications

• B.A. or Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management.
• Experience of 4 -6 years, preferably in the Consumer Electronics Industry. At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience. Candidates from FMCG and Retails industry are encouraged to apply.

• Good interpersonal skill

Job Purpose:  

The Accounts Manager is the main interface between the Company and our partner community. The Accounts Manager is responsible for the ‘complete’ sales cycle for the relevant business partners with the view to maximizing revenue, margin, and partner satisfaction. What you will do:

Service Account Manager role will be responsible to lead all aspects of the day-to-day activities of field technician team and plan monthly customer routes. To maintains customer happiness while balancing financial goal and to ensure safety compliances and polices are met. Analyze teams’ performance and recommend best suited changes to ensure profitable outcome.

How you will do it:

• Performs service project management within branch by assisting with scheduling, estimation, manpower analysis, material logistics, establishing performance standards
• To provide customer support and ensure customer happiness; leading Front Line Service Professional (FLSPs) to drive labor and material growth
• Supervises and coordinates the activities of service technicians and others in the delivery of quality service to customers
• Plan and ensure technical support is available for field and sales personnel
• Manages team budget and overhead accounts as assigned. Provides input to drive Labor and Material (L&M) growth and identifies sales leads through the FLSPs
• Drive operational excellence for the service team to our customer by pre-determine financial and non-financial objectives
• Responsible for estimating reviews for all business assigned and to set/supervise goals and gross margin delivery and profitability
• Coordinates with Client Services and Sales representatives to provide estimating reviews in the following channels of growth potential: renewable service agreements, expanded scope of renewal base, new service agreements, field proposals, retrofit projects and unscheduled repair.
• Ensure the compliance of safety program, ISO procedures and ethics polices are being met

What we look for:

• Minimum 6 years of experience with the related field (HVAC or M&E)
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability in managing team (Technician and Engineers)
• Strong experience in interacting with building owner, customers, dealers, and contractors etc.
• Experience in leading development and growth of service operation (knowledge in green & energy solution is a plus)
• Good interpersonal and time leadership skills
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure and excellent attention to detail
• High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience in using Service tools such as Service Max will be advantaged.
• Good command of English communication (oral and written communication skills)
