• Preform variance investigation, verification and reporting on regular basis
• Completion of reports with high accuracy on time
• Responsible in product costing and cost accounting
• Assist in performing weekly & monthly variance analysis, cost and  profitable analysis

Reporting to Training Supervisor, the Training Coordinator will travel across all sites to provide one on one support to Department Leadership. This multifaceted role will encompass, auditing, reporting, forming and executing plans and supporting site-based trainers and assessors.
This role is a FIFO based role on an 8:6 roster.
Key Responsibilities

Audit MinRes sites to ensure compliance to the Training Framework requirements and support sites in the development of an action plan to rectify any findings
