Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred, but not required.

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).

For Rural Health Network or Long Term Care facilities, employees who do not possess a Bachelor’s degree in the required field, leadership may consider an educational plan with proven continuous action toward achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing within five years of hire into position. Additionally for Rural Health Network or Long Term Care facilities, for current employees, leadership may have considered acceptable qualifications and work experience equivalency based on facility size, rural market, and business need, prior to new Sanford education requirements.

General Summary:

The Training Associate Director is responsible for supporting the oversight of all Training related activities within the Global Regulatory Affairs organization. This role will work to create, curate, and deliver top notch learning experiences including both technical and professional development for the team. • Manage vendor relationships, providing ongoing coaching and feedback while ensuring the completion of work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage Global Regulatory Affairs onboarding program, ensuring materials are kept up to date for optimal new hire experience.

• Support testing and training events as required.
