Your New Role
The purpose of the Trade Marketing Executive, is to support the Senior Marketing Manager - Trade Marketing to continue to build and develop the strategic partnerships within our wholesale network. You will work collaboratively with the Wholesale, Creative, NPD and Brand teams to conceptualise and execute retail partner led projects that help to increase our brand presence and generate demand for frank green products to deliver commercial objectives.
Day to Day
- Brief and manage point of sale projects, including the creation of branded in-store tools for wholesale accounts.
- Developing direct marketing initiatives including eDM’s and SMS focussed on driving awareness and conversion in the wholesale (key account and independent) channels.
- Working with key wholesale partners to develop digital tools to feature on paid, owned and earned channels.
- Building, driving and maintaining staff training and educational tools to enhance the understanding of the frank green brand and products with wholesale teams.
- Planning and executing in store events and activations.
- Monitor and manage wholesale channels to ensure adherence to global brand guidelines and standards.
- Development of wholesale (key account and independent channels) marketing tools including sales presentations, retailer guideline documents and post campaign/activity reports.
- Building and managing internal briefs and working with cross functional teams (creative, brand, sales) from concept to inception.
- Campaign reviews and reporting to sharing to key internal and external stakeholders.
Your Skills
- 2-3 Years of experience working in Trade Marketing roles across disciplines such as Event Management, Campaign Management, Go-To-Market and New Product Launches.
- In depth understanding of trade channels and a familiarity with logistics coordination within the trade industry so you can make things happen on time
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and marketing activities at once
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills and stakeholder management, you’ll be instrumental in building relationships with our trade partners
- Experience managing budgets and an understanding of what makes commercial sales tick
- Sound ability to connect insight, strategy & execution to deliver positive outcomes. You’ll thrive on linking data to decision making and taking our partners on the journey.
- An unrelenting passion to help make the world a better place through sustainable change.
- Tertiary qualified in the field/s of Marketing & Communications, Business, Management, Commerce, or related field/s will be highly regarded, as will an understanding of the retail and digital landscape across global markets.
