Position Summary:

The Clinic to End Tech Abuse (CETA) at Cornell Tech is seeking a part-time case manager (10-15 hours per week). The case manager will provide direct services to survivors of technology-facilitated intimate partner violence (IPV) and coordinate with partner agencies and CETA staff and volunteers. The ideal candidate will possess several years of experience delivering case management services for IPV survivors using client-centered and trauma-informed approaches, including safety planning and advocacy. Full training on technology-facilitated abuse and tech safety will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct intake and screening calls to assess clients’ needs (3-5 hrs/week)

• Conduct appointments with clients to assist with technology-facilitated abuse (3-7 hrs/week)

• Coordinate case management with CETA staff, volunteers, partner agencies (1-3 hrs/week)

• Maintain digital records of services provided to clients

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably with survivors of intimate partner violence.
