Job Brief:

To ensure proper and correct posting and mapping in AR / AP / Inventory / Revenue / Receipt / GL modules and others related in system both manually and software. Job Responsibilities:

1. To perform sufficient background check on any credit facility application & then to obtain approval from Financial Controller and General Manager.
2. To process Credit Facility Application within 3 (three) days from the date it is received.
3. To ensure all billings are done and revenue and charges are posted accordingly as per Event Order date.
4. To reconcile PM account against Event Order and Proforma Invoice & Client’s LOU.

• Provide guidance to the team on handling customers

• To attend and monitor all enquiries and complaints via phone calls, email, walk in and accordingly and solved within stipulated time.
• To resolve product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
• To prepare, compile and provide update report
• To keep records of customer interaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints & comments as well as actions taken.
• To contact customers via email or phone calls in order to respond to complaints or to notify them of investigation results.
• Liaise with project team and contractors on rectification works
• Attend meetings pertaining to issues on defects
• Prepare reply letter to relevant parties when needed
• Maintain good relationship between sales person, customers and internal support team.
• Filing and keep track of documents.
• Ad-Hoc task assigned by superior.

Requirements

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in customer service/property related industry
• Independent, pro-active, result-driven, customer oriented with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Housing Development Act (HDA), Strata Title Act and Building & Common Property Act will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess leadership qualities and able to work as a team
• Possess a positive attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Extensive experience in managing strata landed, strata high-rise, mixed development, and non-strata development.
• Familiar with work scheduling / planning and good in report and letter writing

Job Brief:

The Reservation Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Reservations Department. This job will involve planning, organizing, leading and controlling the resources of the department to achieve the objective of the department and hotel, i.e. to achieve the maximum revenue in the most efficient and productive manner.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the effective control and maintenance of room inventory to achieve maximum room occupancy and revenue.
2. Assist Front Office Manager in the preparation of forecast and reports. Forecast and reports must be timely and accurate.
3. Schedules and deploys manning effectively to ensure sufficient coverage and high productivity.
4. To maintain and develop business contacts and dispense information to the Sales & Marketing Department for follow up and action.
5. To maintain effective communication within department as well as other department through daily briefing and regular meetings.
6. To implement proper filling system for all Travel Agents and Company contract letters, and reservations correspondences.
7. To ensure that all Travel Agents and Corporate accounts are updated in the Front Office Computer system.
8. To constantly review room allotments and productions and to update Sales & Marketing Department of changes accordingly.
9. To constantly review and monitor reservations status and ensure that the availability chart is updated daily with Sales Offices and Reservations Center.
10. To implement an effective merchandising strategies like up selling and suggestive selling to maximize room revenue.
11. To handle all correspondence pertaining to reservations enquiries, and to ensure that they are replied within 24 hours.
12. To work closely with Sales Department for group bookings and confirmations, and with F&B Department for meals arrangements.
13. To implement a comprehensive guest history system, and ensure all details are updated regularly to changes in status of the guests.
14. To review and check all arrivals one day before for accuracy and confirmation. To ensure full details are received before guest arrival.
15. To work closely with Credit Manager to ensure that hotel’s credit policies and procedures and adhered to.
16. To ensure in coordinating a follow up on vouchers, billing instructions, blocking of rooms, collecting deposits and prepayments.
17. He/She employed by Sales & Marketing Department and as such he/she may be assigned to any area that the management deems suitable and necessary. With the previously mentioned tasks you will be able to achieve all your Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s), which are :
