Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the quality of the design, development and review of the curriculum for various academic and non-academic programmes/courses.
• Provide expertise in instructional  design, delivery and assessment strategies to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
• Conduct research and provide advice on current educational trends and advancements in educational technologies.
• Collaborate with faculties to develop and implement effective teaching anf learning strategies/practices/mechanisms that help students to acquire knowledge, skills and competencies that meet industry requirements.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Education, preferably in Curriculum Development/Curriculum or Instructional Design. 
• At least 5 years of working experience relating to curriculum/instructional design in the tertiary education industry.
• Understand current curriculum requirements and standards in higher education settings and for life-long learning.
• Knowledgeable about and able to advise faculties on the development, review. adaptation and implementation of curriculam that meet industry requirements and current trends.
• Familiar with MQF2.0, outcome-based education, APEL.C and the development of short courses in the form of micro-credentials, work-based learning,2u2i, etc
• Proactive, able to multi-task, work independently and in a team, meticulous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in English and Malay.
• Added Advantage: Strong written and spoken command in Mandarin

About the role:

We are looking for a Field Sales Specialist to be based in Perak and who is able to convince the best restaurants in Malaysia to join foodpanda. This role will be reporting to the Lead, Field Sales, in the Commercial department. 

Responsibilities: 

• Field Sales Specialist at foodpanda are responsible for driving B2B sales, seek and secure a new partnership with vendors.
• Passionate and should have a keen interest in the food and beverage industry with a desire to sign up the best local and international vendors.
• Be the local market expert: You know the best restaurant & shops in Malaysia and always able to provide recommendations.
• Gather both restaurant and shops feedback, monitor competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvements to management.
• Be the brand ambassador: Conduct cold calls and walk-ins, schedule in person meetings and sell foodpanda service to potential vendors which include tiptop shops and restaurants in Malaysia.
• Exceed sales targets & performance-based goals while working independently.

Supply planning factors in all aspects related to demand forecast, inventory (wafer / die / wip / FG), logistic and included the components of open and planned customer orders, on hand quantities, On time delivery/cycle time, material MOQ / lead time, safety stock, production leveling and demand chase.

• Function as a key member of platform and business teams providing supply status in relation to overall demand requirement (Forecast / Actual demand / Build Strategy) while facilitating effective communication between supply chain, OSAT (3rd party vendor) manufacturing, customer services, and all related support function.
• OSAT management - Plan and prepare Production Orders (POs) , overseeing all aspects of OSAT management including Work-in-Progress (WIP) movement, material shortages, and backlog resolution, ensuring timely shipping within target ship date / standard cycle time.
• Monitor order fulfillment progress, providing timely feedback and devising contingency plans. Coordinate monthly forecasts with OSAT, ensuring prompt follow-up and negotiation for delivery commitments.
• Analyze inventory, maintain planning parameters master data, and drive improvement in delivery performance metrics
• Conduct inventory analysis, including managing Days of Inventory (DOI), addressing slow-moving and obsolete stock, adjusting order quantities, recommending material substitutions, and depleting inventory.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of planning parameters master data, ensuring precise reporting within systems, and utilize performance metrics to drive improvement in delivery performance, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Supplier OTD, Cycle Time, and B2B transaction statistics and revenue.
