• 處理來電和電子郵件，適當重定向查詢並確保及時回覆。
• 協調辦公室維護和維修，根據需要與外部供應商聯絡。

3）記錄管理：

• 管理歸檔系統和電子資料庫，以確保有效率地儲存和檢索文件。
• 維護敏感資訊的機密性和安全性，包括員工記錄和財務資料。
• 出於合規目的協助記錄保存，例如維護培訓、認證和許可證的記錄。

4）辦公室管理：

• 監督日常辦公室運作，確保乾淨、有秩序、有利的工作環境。
• 監控和補充辦公用品、設備和便利設施，以滿足員工的需求。
• 協調會議、活動和大會的後勤工作，包括房間預訂、餐飲安排和視聽設置。
• 實施和執行辦公室政策和程序，以促進有效率和安全的工作場所。

資格：

• 人力資源文憑或同等學歷。
• 至少2年相關經驗優先，歡迎應屆畢業生。
• 較強的人際溝通和溝通能力。
• 熟悉馬來西亞勞工法和人力資源實務。
• 能夠誠信地處理機密事務。
• 學習能力強，能夠獨立工作。
• 精通馬來語、英語或華語，以便有效溝通。
