The Performance and Culture Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee performance, engagement, and organizational culture. This role requires a proactive incumbent who can collaborate with various departments, leverage data to drive decisions, and foster a positive work environment that aligns with our company’s values and objectives.
Job Description
1. Performance Management:
- Design and implement effective performance management systems and processes.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal programs, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
2. Culture Development:
- Lead initiatives to enhance and sustain a positive organizational culture.
- Develop and implement programs that promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
- Facilitate culture workshops and training sessions to reinforce company values and behaviours.
- Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gather employee feedback and measure cultural health.
3. Employee Engagement:
- Develop and execute strategies to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, activities, and initiatives.
- Monitor engagement metrics and develop action plans to address areas of concern.
- Collaborate with leadership to create an inclusive and diverse workplace.
4. Talent Development:
- Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage leadership development programs and succession planning processes.
- Work with managers to create individual development plans for high-potential employees.
- Support continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
5. Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to foster open communication and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of performance and culture initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on performance and culture metrics to senior leadership.
