Description

• Responsible for maintaining Quality Systems in the company.
• Responsible for monitoring and reviewing quality indicators and quality control reports across departments.
• Maintenance of organization’s quality management system in compliance to:

- regulatory requirements; MOH Healthcare Services Act and other regulatory relevant to CGL’s services and products

- accreditation and certification standards; AABB (Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies), FACT (Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy), GDP-MDS SS 620 (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) and other standards when required for the CGL’s services/products

• Follow up and assist in deviations/ non-conformances (CAPA) for root cause analysis, rectification and process improvement
• Assist in the performance of risk assessments for company’s activities.
• Monitor quality indicators and review quality control related reports.
• Performance of Internal Audits and record checking and support External Audit to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Assist regional office on quality matters.
• Maintains electronic and written records/ reports.
• Manage the Document Control system for the organization and ensure staff complies with the use of controlled and approved documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To support the Director of Nursing in leading Quality projects and other complex projects :

· Lead Quality Projects

· Kick start in tracking and collection of relevant date for analysis

· Ability to churn out charts and progress reports in accordance with the data collected

· Ability to analyse complex scenarios and provide suggestions/solutions

2. To support the Nursing Department in all administrative functions such as:

· Filing

· Co-ordination of incoming and outgoing emails/ mails

· Monitoring stationary usage, transport request

· Raising purchase requisition

3. To assist in the administrative aspects of maintenance of ward equipment, including liaising with internal departments (Purchasing, Facilities, etc) to get matters resolved

4. To support Nursing by participating in the various activities organised by Singapore Christian Home

5. To assist in administrative preparation for events, meetings, workshops which is under the Nursing Department. (Preparation of materials, refreshments, food, etc)

6. To participate and render support in corporate events and activities

7. To support entries into the ECCareSuite system

REQUIREMENTS

- GCE O/ N Levels

- Certificate in Office Skills

- Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct quality inspection for all incoming and outgoing stocks, ensuring adherence to the required specifications

SOFTWARE QUALITY ENGINEER

As a Software Quality Engineer, you will get to:

• Work closely with the Lead/Senior QA Engineer and the Development team to

design, develop and execute Functional/Performance/Security test cases and

scripts for the in-house developed video analytics products

• Assist Product Manager to craft out user story acceptance criteria

• Develop and maintain manual and automation test plans for both Video Analytics

models and Software Applications. This includes the monitoring and reporting of

the models’ performance, functional correctness of the solution/application,

tracking bug reports and resolution

• Work closely with DevOps team to ensure best practices are followed and provide

solutions to improve existing infrastructure processes

• Evaluate new technologies and application testing-related tools, and provide

recommendations on tools/processes that will enhance application functionality,

performance and security capabilities

• Ensure good quality release as the products and solution are put into operation

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
