Your new role
As a Group Treasury Manager, you will look after relationships with banks, and be responsible for liquidity and cashflow management and FX exposure. The role will also see you get involved with:

• Manage foreign currency exposure and assist with conversions when required.
• Managing liquidity levels to maintain healthy operations, including managing the repayment of debt.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will be an experienced Treasury Manager or Accountant, ideally with experience gained at a reputable group of companies or large organisation. You will ideally have a specific treasury or finance qualification such as the ACCA or ACT or similar. Ideally, you will have knowledge or experience of managing a small team with a track record of success. This role could be ideal for someone who is an accountant looking to take the next step in their treasury career and progress further.

Your new role
Your new role will be to manage a small service that supports two males with their days. As the manager, you will work alongside and support the staff team of six to create the most successful care environment. You will do this by creating rotas, care plans, reviewing care plans, developing inductions and working alongside the locality support manager.
If you haven't yet been a manager and this would be your first step into managing the service, there is a lot of support on offer from both the locality manager and the deputy locality manager as well as the managers in the other services.
The shift patterns:
• 8 am -3 pm
• 3 pm -10 pm
• 10pm -8am


What you'll need to succeed
• You will be someone with a willingness to learn and ready to take the next step in management or next step to service manager.
• Ideally you will have a QCF Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or will be working towards this qualification.
