Key Accountabilities:

This role sits in the Digital Marketing team and would be reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy to lead the loyalty work stream. As a Loyalty Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be in charge of developing a detailed marketing roadmap to encourage brand engagement via various programs, campaigns, and similar initiatives that boost customer retention via our app and platforms. Strategic Planning & Analysis (35%)

• Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of an overarching brand loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement, boost retention, and maximize sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network L3 Engineer to join our ICT Infrastructure team. As a Network L3 Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our network infrastructure, and handling customer escalations.
