Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the accident investigation team to investigate the status and cause of each accident and establish measures to prevent similar accidents.
• Ensure the training and education of all personnel is being carried out to an acceptable standard. 
• Perform inspections such as hazard identification, risk assessment and determination control measures to ensure that safe work practices are implemented at site.
• To register to JKKP for jobsite register under his name.
• To prepare Safety & Health Report monthly.
• Promote the concept that Safety and Health are a line responsibility
• Notify sub-contractors to remedy unsafe activities or work conditions and if any of them do not comply, suspend work with acknowledgement by Project Manager or prohibit the use of the facilities until rectification is confirmed.
• Assist auditors visiting audit the safety and health management and strive to reflect the auditing results in the safety and health management.
• Advise on safety legislation and procedures.
• To become secretary to the safety and health committee.
• To arrange safety committee meeting
• Monitor the weekly inspection report prepared by site safety supervisor.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on occupational safety and health matters.
• Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Environmental/safety/officer)
• Familiar with the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) and Factory and Machinery Act (FMA).
• ISO 9001/OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.

About the job
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be required to provide a professional and courteous service to all distributors and direct customers.
The duties and scope of works will be:

• Manage service counter operations and interface with external and internal customers; handle queries from customerson back office matters.
• Handling daily orders and handle cash and all methods of payment from walk-in customers
• Liaise and coordinate with customers and courier service provider on delivery of products.  
• Provide information and advice on products,promotions and marketing activities. 
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all customers queries to ensure continuity of service.

The candidate

• Female preferred; age 23-35. Outgoing personality.
• Minimum SPM/UEC; however Diploma level qualification in Marketing, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Business or any other disciplines are most welcome.
• One to two years of relevant experience in customer service role,especially in healthcare industry; experience in the MLM industry will be an asset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English plus conversant in BM, Chinese dialects/Mandarin.
• Mandarin speaking is highly desirable as this role requires dealing with large number of Mandarin speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Customer Relations Centre for few developments
• Planning and organizing tasks prior to vacant possession
• Prepare necessary drawings and plans to be included in vacant possession pack
• Liaise with HQ & Vendor in setting up defect management system

• To resolve product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
• To prepare, compile and provide update report
• To keep records of customer interaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints & comments as well as actions taken.
• To contact customers via email or phone calls in order to respond to complaints or to notify them of investigation results.
• Liaise with project team and contractors on rectification works
• Attend meetings pertaining to issues on defects
• Prepare reply letter to relevant parties when needed

Requirements

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in customer service/property related industry
• Independent, pro-active, result-driven, customer oriented with good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Housing Development Act (HDA), Strata Title Act and Building & Common Property Act will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess leadership qualities and able to work as a team

As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, staff reimbursements and supplier payments, whilst maintaining integrity and accuracy of all financial information. You will provide a high-level customer service at a local and international level support. You will also support other areas of business operations including accounts receivable. 

What you’ll do: 

• Processing and reconciling of supplier accounts (Accounts Payable) including supplier invoice entry, managing suppliers in accordance with their due dates, preparing Payment Batches and obtaining authorisations for payments in accordance with internal procedures 
• Processing of staff expenses 
• Managing corporate card reconciliations 
• Looking after all accounts filing/archiving electronically  
• Assisting with other finance/accounting tasks as required
