• Successfully delivering complex multi-stream IT projects on time and within budget.
  Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  Experience governing a portfolio of programs and projects.
  Experience working in a consulting role (reputable firm).
  Experience dealing with stakeholders of various levels.
  Experience with presales, understanding of the various deal constructs and subcontracting models.
• Qualifications:Knowledge of IT infrastructure (cloud and on-premises), systems development lifecycles, and software development methodologies.
  Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide and manage cross-functional teams (internal and external, including subcontractors/vendors).
  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices.
  Understanding of cloud technologies and migrations.
  Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  Understanding IT solution architecture, system integration or back-end development.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, risk and issues management, and project closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, dependencies, and risks, and create mitigation plans accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to set project expectations, provide regular updates, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, or budget.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, motivating and inspiring team members to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate metrics and reporting mechanisms and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct thorough project evaluations, capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices for future projects.
