1.0  Responsibility and Authority

1.1. Coordinate production work flow for one or multiple products.

OBJECTIVES

• To complete the last phase of start-up of the new plant
• To manage the technical mid-term operation subjects to meet business objectives with the best economics.

TECHNICAL SCOPE

• Support for technical issues, especially for recurring problems. Participates to all optimisation of the systems. Leads/ participates in the Task Force and propose change initiatives.
• Preparation and monitoring of turnaround and technical shutdown (sections or units): works lists, provisioning operations, planning, help to coordinate work permits and follow up action.
• Technical support to production superintendent and supervisor in terms of production/operation parameters management.

• Assist Production Manager to perform month end closing in SAP.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, with minimum 2 years experience in Refinery, Oil & Petrochemical and/or Chemical Plant operations regime
• Significant experience in complex continuous chemical processes will be an advantage
