2. Ensure department complies with relevant management system requirements which the company has or aims to obtain certification, such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, IATF 16949 etc. when necessary.
3. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of documentation such as Production Work Instructions (WI), forms, Quality and Environmental Impact Assessments (QRA EIA) and Risk Assessments (RA).
4. Identify yearly or on-going training needs and ensure all production personnel are equipped to perform their assigned task satisfactorily.
5. Initiate corrective and preventive actions and follow up timely on non-conformances due to customer complaints, audit findings or complaints from other stakeholders.
6. Conduct material and process review for continuous improvement.
7. Responsible for conducting capacity analysis and ensure that the process is documented.
8. Monitor resource usage to reduce cost, materials and energy wastage.
9. Assist with additional duties assigned by other departments on ad-hoc duties.
10. Interview of new department staff, review, and appraisal of staff performance

Requirements:

1. Relevant Degree’s discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Production
3. Comfortable with working in Tuas

Other Information

• 5 days work week from 8am - 5pm
• Work in Tuas Plant. Transport picks up to and from Jurong East MRT
