JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Source the quality and cost effective raw material, packaging material and Non Trade for Group.
• Evaluate and assess New supplier. Monitor performance / audit existing supplier.
• Negotiate with supplier on price/service.
• Monitor the price trend and material demand/supply in market.
• Involve in new product/project. Coordinate and plan out qty needed and advise supplier.
• To check and verify SST report.
• Resolve product quality issue with supplier.
• To plan / liaise with supplier and ensure sufficiency of raw and packaging material to cover for future production use.
• To handle license/permit/MIDA/MITI/Customs & meeting with Government Officers.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
  Industrial Background Preferred.
• Min 4 years experience in the Food & beverage manufacturing industry.
• At least 6 years experience for Procurement Executive role.
• Required skills : ERP and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
• Able to work independently to meet tight deadlines, resourceful and multi-task
• Ability in problem-solving, strong time management skills with a passion for learning

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers, and follow up on delivery.
• Obtain quotations from vendors/suppliers and negotiate for the best price, the best quality, and the best service to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Source for new parts, materials, services, or suppliers when the need arises.
• Shipment arrangements & liaise closely with forwarding agencies for all customs-related issues (export and import permit applications).
• Support day-to-day Administration, the purchase of stationery, office equipment, office general items, etc.
• Filing and keeping track of documents.
• Provide administrative support to account and operation departments such as Project Costing, Data Entry of Purchase invoices, and Petty Cash.
• Arrangement of disposal wastage, recycle bin.
• Ensure purchasing activities are complying with ISO requirements and within departmental objectives.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar.
• Knowledge in Purchasing / Inventory / Material (Electronics & Mechanical) and Warehouse Management is an added advantage.

Job Function: To supervise and lead production team to ensure that production of goods meets delivery schedule and compliance with company quality standards.

Job Description:

• To set up and implement work instruction and procedure and ensure they are being followed;
• To plan and schedule for job change for daily work assignment and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assigned accordingly;
• To monitor and ensure products manufacturing process are according to the control procedures and specification during production;
• To study, analyse and trouble shoot problems arise from production section;

1. Managing and monitoring advisor and team performance to deliver KPIs, targets, quality standards and outcomes.

• Ensure the team achieves all set SLA’s, delivers a minimum 85% Quality Assurance score and that monthly 1-2-1s are had with each advisor.
• Deliver updates, participate and regularly host in our CS Operational Huddles to identify challenges and successes across the operation.
• Ensure that advisor records are kept up to date within the CS Management Hub and HR Personnel File.

2. Managing and monitoring the daily workload plan adherence to deliver optimal performance and KPI achievement

• Work closely with both your Team Manager and WFM Team, ensuring that your team are achieving business KPIs; also ensuring that individual performance targets are being met, including an adherence target of 95%.
• Support the team with handling escalated queries across all channels, ensuring that the highest standard of Customer Service is being provided.
• Promote our Goodwill Gesture structure across the operation, ensuring that the team are providing an exemplary level of Customer Service

3. Managing and developing the performance and potential of the team

• Work closely with your direct reports to promote best practice, conducting 2 quality checks per month and delivering valuable coaching and feedback for each quality check.
• Conduct a quarterly skills matrix in line with Talent Density, with the purpose of creating a PDP for each advisor to be reviewed within each 1-2-1.
• Adhere to HR and People policies, procedures and standards and be responsible for managing your team’s adherence to these policies.

4. Providing continuous improvement support to ensure that projects and continuous improvement activities land successfully in the team

• Act as a subject matter expert in your area, identifying and recommending areas in which processes can be improved and feeding this back to your Team Manager.
• Ensure that any changes are communicated and implemented in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively within your team, promoting engagement and escalating relevant queries with the relevant stakeholders whilst ensuring your Team Manager is always informed prior to implementation of any change within the team.
