What you'll be doing:
Design, plan and coordinate the implementation of network topologies in support of defined requirements for events and trade shows
Collaborate with multiple business units such as marketing, engineering and IT for product testing, demos and requirements gathering
Conduct thorough network testing and benchmarking of demos, including gathering and interpreting packet / data captures and report findings to the larger team

Collaborate with and manage outside partners, vendors, and venues to deliver a stable network environment in temporary locations

Perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems. Build simulated networks in test labs to resolve highly challenging problems and compatibility issues

What we need to see:
BS or equivalent experience plus 5+ years progressive experience in network engineering support environment
Expertise in IP routing and LAN Switching, including design, deployment, and management
Strong working experience with Wi-Fi design, implementation and optimization
Dynamic IP Routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP, BGP)
Experience with building DMVPN and site-to-site IPSEC VPNs is required

Apply experience of AV over IP protocols (Dante, MADI, AVB, SMPTE ST 2110, NDI, etc.), ... different video standards, protocols, and various aspects of digital video (EDID management, resolutions, frame rates, sync, color depth, chroma subsampling, etc.), ... video streaming and delivery standards, codecs, protocols, etc. (RTMP, SRT, AV1, etc.)
Pre-Post Production: Venue scouting, budget creation, RFP negotiations, crew assembly, technology selections, production and run of show generation, asset gathering, and creation, appropriate format distribution to editors, detailed summaries of viewing metrics, prompt on-demand video availability, key lessons identified and communicated regarding vendor/ venue/ creative/ technical decisions and implemented moving forward
Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders, leadership, and production teams to understand audio-visual visual requirements for various types of events (in-person, hybrid, remote, etc.), and then guide/recommend, and suggest strategic, cost-effective solutions
Work closely with the in-house film production team to ensure flawless integration of AV elements with other event components, such as staging, scenic design, and multimedia content
Manage, drive and autonomously provide event and audio-visual technical support for Marketing Tier 1-3 events such as CES, GPU Tech Conference and product launch events
Design, test, prep and operate audio visual infrastructure and HW with NVIDIA's newest technology and products. Collaborate with multiple business organizations such as Marketing and Engineering for product testing, demos, solving issues, knowledge transfer, joint tasks and to establish standards, procedures and projects
Keep lab space and respective equipment well organized and systematic. Maintain and update asset tracking system, HW logs and Google / SharePoint sites with inventory of systems, displays, peripherals and components. What we need to see:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Unified Communications (UC) Engineer. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.
The UC Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, repairing and supporting all networked Audio Visual (AV), Voice and Video over IP (VVoIP), Voice over IP (VoIP) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) services to include hardware, software, network, and scheduling components necessary to deliver real-time voice and video communications including integration with Microsoft Skype for Business and/or Teams. Configure devices in accordance with security policies. Monitor capacity and utilization. Provide trending and capacity planning services to analyze and plan for efficient utilization and management of the networked services. Troubleshoot and correct all detected or reported network faults or outages. Program switching fabric to enable control panel functionality IAW current architectures. Manage an enterprise VVoIP and VTC dial-plan. Provide AV programming and engineering. Perform local touch labor installing, removing, or replacing VoIP and Voice over Secure IP (VoSIP) end user devices. Troubleshoot end user devices to determine reason for outage and return to service. Perform account management functions. Ensure that trouble ticket items are investigated and resolved and that necessary equipment repairs are performed and documented. Work with vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on unified capabilities implementation, optimization and ongoing management. Other duties as assigned.
The UC Engineer provides technical expertise integrating and managing collaboration with the Microsoft UC product range including Lync, Skype for Business, O365 Skype Online, and Teams solutions.
Provide assistance via remote access, phone, or in person. Candidates need excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with network hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity. They must be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of resources.

Perform engineering functions found in the service design domain and provide escalated support to incident management. Support engineering efforts to design, build, test, integrate, transition, implement, document, and train when transitioned to IT Operations Management. Analyzing and making recommendations for hardware and software standardization.
Additionally, the UC Engineer will provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as required.
