Here's what your week might look like

• Not everything has to be tested. You will identify when research is required and when best practices are the way to go. And you will help us communicate that to our stakeholders.
• You'll lead a team to do the groundwork: qualitative and quantitative research. We've done some interesting stuff: diary study (we got people to log all their payments and write about each), Ethnography (observe how small merchants are coping with digital payments) and others. In short, we love to experiment and hope you will join in.
• You'll guide the team to create sharp and concise reports full of actionable findings. Your reports will be things of beauty that will inspire your colleagues to truly start seeing through the eyes of our customers.
• You'll build a strong community of practice around iterative research and design to support upcoming and ongoing projects and initiatives.
• UX is a pretty established discipline here at DBS (thanks to one person especially), but we can always use help to evangelise the importance of good UXResearch, and how, just because it has the word 'research' in it, it doesn't take months!

Here are the experience and skills we'd love you to have

• You have 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.

• You've had hands-on involvement with an end-to-end research process.

What you'll be doing:

• System level performance analysis/ bottleneck analysis of complex, high performance GPUs and System-on-Chips (SoCs).

• Work on hardware models of different levels of abstraction, including performance models, RTL test benches ,emulators and silicon to analyze performance and find performance bottlenecks in the system.

• Understand key performance use-cases of the product. Develop  workloads and test suits targeting graphics, machine learning, automotive, video, compute vision applications running on these products.

What we need to see:

• BE/BTech, or MS/MTech in relevant area, PhD is a plus, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience with exposure to performance analysis and complex system on chip and/or GPU architectures.

• Strong understanding of System-on-Chip (SoC) architecture, graphics pipeline, memory subsystem architecture and Network-on-Chip (NoC)/Interconnect architecture.

• Expert hands on competence in programming (C/C++) and scripting (Perl/Python). Exposure to Verilog/System Verilog, SystemC/TLM is a strong plus.

Pernod Ricard recrute son.sa futur.e stagiaire Chargé.e de performance environnementale (H/F) pour 6 mois à partir de Septembre 2024. Vous travaillerez à the Island, notre bureau situé au centre de Paris (Gare Saint Lazare, Paris 8).

L’objectif de ce poste est d’accompagner le Groupe sur la mesure de la performance environnementale dans le cadre de la feuille de route S&R Circular Making définie pour 2030.

Vos missions clés ?

• Vous accompagnez l’équipe Sustainable Performance dans l’analyse de la performance environnementale du Groupe (eau, déchets, énergie), et la mise à à jour du protocole reporting environnemental du groupe.

• Vous contribuez à l’exercice du reporting environmental du Groupe (Rapport extra-financier), et aux exercices de reporting externes (Ecovadis, CDP Water…)

• Vous contribuez à l’alignement de la politique et du reporting environnemental du Groupe aux exigences de la Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)

• Vous participez aux programmes du Groupe eau et déchets (stratégie, déploiement)

• Vous êtes en 3ième année d’école d’ingénieur généraliste à forte coloration environnement, ou formation universitaire équivalente

• Vous avez de solides connaissances en environnement

• Vous avez une forte autonomie, capacité d’écoute et d’ouverture, et de bonnes facultés de communication

• Vous avez de la rigueur scientifique, une bonne capacité de synthèse et d’analyse stratégique

• Vous avez une bonne maîtrise d’Excel et Power Point

• Vous parlez anglais et français couramment

Attention, pour candidater vous devez pouvoir réaliser 6 mois de stage et disposer d'une convention délivrée par votre école/université.

Job Summary

**Hybrid role in Dallas**

This position is responsible for designing, conducting, and synthesizing human centered design research in support of C1 client design engagements and stakeholder collaboration projects. Responsibilities include leading design research activities and supporting concept design and implementation efforts based on formative, exploratory and evaluative research methods. The member insights will inform and inspire design and innovation engagements to address both user needs and HCSC stakeholder interests.

Required Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years design research, product design, design strategy or another related field
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with user-centered design practices, methods, and tools
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and practices
• Experience with translating insights into actionable solutions, products, or services
• Experience working in a highly collaborative, consulting type environment

Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Familiarity with the health care industry and/or a highly regulated service industry
• Experience communicating with poise and professionalism with clients and co-workers
• Experience collaborating and working with multi-disciplinary teams and cross functional departments
• Experience in a consulting role with large enterprise level accounts and multiple, concurrent projects
• Experience with Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, or UX and CX methodologies
• Passion for improving member journeys through design
• Experience with hybrid/remote working arrangements and virtual collaboration tools
• Maintains a curious, user-centered mindset

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in user research and/or similar field
• 3 years of experience mentoring researchers
• Master’s degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), psychology, anthropology, sociology or related field
• Advanced demonstrated ability in collaborating with cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams to curate, plan, execute, synthesize and share user research for multiple initiatives at once
• Advanced demonstrated ability in facilitating ideation, alignment and engagement workshops with a variety of disciplines and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in user research and/or similar field
• 5 years of experience mentoring junior researchers
• Professional degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), psychology, anthropology, sociology or related field
• Advanced demonstrated ability in leading exploratory research activities such as contextual inquiry, ethnography and diary studies
• Advanced demonstrated ability in leading evaluative research activities such as usability testing, heuristics evaluations, surveys and clickstream analysis
• Demonstrated ability in building a UX research community of practice at scale
• Demonstrated ability working with the mortgage or financial services industry (fintech)

Collaborating across disciplines and business areas, you'll provide actionable insights and artifacts that drive direction and confidence in product decisions. You'll lean into ambiguity, inspiring those around you to experiment and think creatively as you explore possible solutions. As champions of the UX research discipline, you'll foster a culture of research and continuous learning across the company.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify research opportunities across business areas, then size and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Partner across disciplines and business areas to align on a unified research strategy that informs future product roadmaps
• Design and conduct creative studies that balance diverse research methods (qualitative/quantitative, behavioral/attitudinal, generative/evaluative) within the appropriate scope
• Apply a deep understanding of project assumptions and/or potential bias when planning and conducting research studies, and limit those biases whenever possible
• Gather and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and artifacts, packaged and delivered in a compelling narrative that drives change
• Collaborate across product teams to build balanced, data-driven backlogs that address both user and business needs
• Build strong relationships across business areas and disciplines as an evangelist and thought leader of UX Research
• Strengthen the maturity of the UX Research team by mentoring and shaping best practices through dedicated feedback, collaboration, delegation and interactive learning activities
