Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor plans, directs and controls driver scheduling, allocation, and dispatching and communication functions to effect economical utilization of driver facilities. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for driver settlements, DOT Violations and compliance, as well as building and maintaining customer relationships.
Essential Functions
Sets schedules, routes and assigns drivers and vehicles
Recruit and retain drivers.
Submits recommendations for development of and compliance with transportation policies, procedures and programs
Conducts continuous analysis of vehicle and driver assignments and analyzes scheduling reviews, and revises driver schedules to increase efficiency and to lower costs
Recruits, orients and monitors progression of new drivers
Responsible for driver performance, including training, discipline and termination
Enforces compliance with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and government regulations

Other Requirements

As the Accounts Payable, Supplier Payables Supervisor, you will perform supervisory, administrative and development responsibilities, including invoice processing oversight and quality control, adjustment voucher management, credit notes management, rate adjustments management, aging invoices management and resolution, supplier outreach and training, integration failures monitoring and resolution, expedited payments admin, specialized invoicing processes management, complex ticket resolutions, and policy enforcement.
How You’ll Contribute:
Monitor and direct daily operations, including invoice audit, invoice processing, and follow-ups on aging invoices, workload management, performance review, and problem-solving.
Ensure timely processing and correctness of AP transactions.
Ensure compliance to policies as established by management, including daily oversight and corrective actions.
Oversee the handling and allocation of credit notes from suppliers.
Review and approve major adjustments to transactions and rates.
Create and maintain regular reports on exception handling, presenting to management as required.
Monitor and address major system integration failures and partner with Suppliers and IT on continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely execution and correctness of expedited payments.
Provide support for specialized supplier processes.
Support suppliers with communications and training for changes to invoice submission policies and procedures.
Act as a point of contact with high volume suppliers for daily operational issues.
Address escalated ServiceNow tickets.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and answering queries related to AP transactions.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with accounts payable
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience in a supervisory role
Knowledge of Government Contracting compliance
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to identify and drive process improvements forward
Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy
HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Supervises the day to day activities of non physician staff, ensuring a high level of productivity. Continuously monitors the functioning of the medical group and recommends changes to operational procedures as necessary.

7. Covers front and/or back office functions. May also administer medications in accordance with established policies and procedures or as directed, and consistent with demonstrated competencies and state scope of practice.
8. This position has a strong understanding of the daily workflow of the practice and functions autonomously to provide guidance to ensure quality patient experiences and efficient practice operations. This position is required to have working knowledge of referral and authorization processes and must have the ability to navigate a variety of separate computer programs at any given time and handle multiple demands on time. Internal customers include all patients, staff and clinic providers. External customers include the community, vendors and non-clinic providers and facilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a level of literacy, communication and math skills as normally demonstrated at the level of an Associate’s Degree.
Certain assignments may require current certification as a Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant or current LPN license.
Requires a level of knowledge and ability normally demonstrated by at least two years experience in a physician's office or medical environment. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
Employees working at BUMG, BUMCT, or BUMCS in a Behavioral Health clinical setting that serves children must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment.
