A store Supervisor is a professional responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s inventory. This includes identifying inventory needs, implementing policies and procedures for stock control, and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels. Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management, inventory management or similar.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in current version of MS Word, Excel and Power Point for presentation and report.
• Ability to work with cross functional team at multi levels within the organization.
• Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal/ communication, coaching and conflict management skills.
• Must be action oriented, customer focused and proficient in decision making, problem solving, planning and organizing.
