About the company
This company is a well established and respected international freight forwarding and logistics solution provider with offices in major ports around the country. They offer shippers in the worldwide market a total logistics and complete inter-modal transportation system and warehousing facilities. Currently they are actively seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join their finance team based at their business head office in Kelana Jaya in Petaling Jaya.
The opening is a full time permanent position with the objective to manage efficient accounting functions within the logistics activities. In this regard, Chrisjac is working closely with the management of our client to search for the right candidate who is qualified for the role.
Salary for the successful candidate will be offered salary between RM 4000-5000.
About the job
This is a permanent executive level position where the incumbent will report to the Director of Operations of the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full spectrum of accounting functions independently. You will focus on managing month end accounting preparation of the logistics and warehousing activities, inter-company invoicing and consolidation.
The candidate must have exposed to full end-to-end cycle of the accounts payable and receivable activities and manage full set of accounts. You will be involved in month end responsibilities including accruals, prepayments and reconciliation invoices, balance sheet reconciliation, statutory reporting.
The candidate
We are looking for individuals (preferably female) with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience to successfully undertake this role. She must have the knowledge and ability to manage and prepare full set of accounts. Ideally candidates will have exposure to the transport/logistics and/or warehousing industry.
Candidate who will succeed to take up this role must possess minimum a Diploma qualification in Accountancy or Bachelor degree graduate in Accounting. Candidates who aspire to hold this position must be strong verbal and written in English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin. In addition, candidates who wish to apply must ensure she will be able to work in Kelana Jaya area.

Job Roles & Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for coordinating and assigning shipments/container cargo to the rightful destinations worldwide. You will ensure that shipments are assigned timely and accurately. The job will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment, arrange import delivery and raise billing/invoices for payment.
In this role, you will be busy within dynamic environment so the candidate must be efficient and able to adapt to clients' requests. This is a fast paced role and applicants will need a high degree of accuracy and an ability to multi-task.
Line of duties:
*Registration of the job shipment into CargoWise upon booking.
*Booking of space with shipping liners.
*Prepare and issue invoices for Export Shipments.

Requirements: The person

As part of providing value added recruitment services, we are currently seeking suitable Malaysian candidates to assume the role of Loyalty Program Administration Executive for our this long standing corporate client who is a loyalty and reward program management company in Petaling Jaya.
This is a full time permanent position based at their corporate office in Section 51, Petaling Jaya. Working hours are from 9.00am-6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
About the job
As the Loyalty Program Administration Executive, you will be managing customer care for their various loyalty programs within the banking and financial institutions. This role is responsible for supporting the loyalty programs of the various banking institutions in Malaysia.
This position is fast paced. As the Loyalty Program Administrator, you will be managing customers' portfolio entitlements and rewards within their loyalty program.
Your role will be attending to customer interactions in timely basis by providing accurate information on entitlements and rewards earned through the loyalty programs. A significant part of your role will also include managing, ordering and purchasing and making delivery of rewards earned to customers.
The candidate
We are looking for female candidates only to assume this customer-focus role. Ideally she should possess minimum Diploma qualification in any field of study coupled with strong communication skills, the ability to speak fluent English and BM. Those who are also able to speak Chinese/Mandarin will be an added advantage to take up this role.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who have proven loyalty program experience preferably in banking environment.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have some work experience in jobs related to customer customer service, tele-marketing, call centre or similar nature role.
Candidates for this role must have the desire to work in a supportive team environment with ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy.
She must be computer literate with ability to use MS Office and internet applications skills.
