Job Description

• Response to customer inquiries e.g. Booking, CRO, Schedule, Free Time application with liner, Request Waiver of Demurrage/Detention & etc.
• Submitting bookings with shipment details to carriers and releasing booking confirmations to customers on a timely basis.
• Monitoring booking to avoid last-minute cancellations and incurred charges.
• Monitoring Export Container Movement.
• Monitoring Export Customs Clearance with the appointed Forwarding Agent (FA).
• Monitoring Shipping Instruction & Original BL from the customer to liner to avoid penalty.
• Monitoring Import FCL shipment.
• Monitoring Import shipment LCL shipment.
• Prepare Monthly Sailing Schedule and provide it to customers.
• Prepare quotations and tender submissions if any.
• Update the shipment details in the designated files.
• Monitoring daily document collection with dispatch together with submission of payment for those cash term liners.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent. 
• Excellent in effective communication both spoken and written, presentation and analytical skills. 
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Required Skills(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding or equivalent. 
• 2 years of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and maintain bookings from customers (Booking lists).
• Prepare monthly shipping shipment schedule.

ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Business Support Coordinator at ULD Logistics & Distribution Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible to execute and facilitate the daily operations of the company. You will be assisting to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective communication, negotiation, customer-oriented approach and distribution of goods to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Warehousing 

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished product.
• Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse
• Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
• Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
• Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.
• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.

Operations 

• Responsible for day-to-day coordination, execution and tracking of sea import and export. Communicate with carriers, terminals, customs brokers, truckers and oversea agents.
• Ensure all shipment documentations are compliant with customs rules and regulations.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships and communication with customer, clients, carriers, forwarders, customs etc. and ensure an impeccable service.
• Complete customs clearances and ensure full compliance to any relevant regulations.
• Manage documentation flows; This includes all operational transactions such as bills of lading (B/L), packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin, licenses etc.
• Coordinate the collection/delivery processes and manage this until the final destination according to customers’ requirements.
• Handle customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints related to delivery, billing statements preparations and validations.

Customer Service & Indoor Sales

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. 
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
• Other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties and projects as well as assignments.

Summary
The Customer Service Associate II is responsible for planning and scheduling driver routes as well as providing customer service support to drivers and client representatives. This individual keeps records, monitors daily logs for discrepancies, performs investigative functions and emergency planning and solves daily delivery, inventory, equipment, employee and customer issues.  

Essential Functions

• Provide customer service support to driver and client representatives in a transportation environment.

• Review Web TM to ensure stops are completed efficiently.

• Complete and process all required logs, database and driver paperwork and segregate discrepancies from completed trips as required;.

• Assist Logistics Supervisor or Logistics Manager in areas of quality control for driver administration, compiling location reports and dispatching such as weekly payroll, timecards, log book, billing information, accident and incident report and other reports, as needed.

• Determine daily workloads and allocate drivers accordingly, utilizing the appropriate systems.

• Identify opportunities to improve operations and make suggestions.

The Inventory Supervisor supervise team members responsible for compiling records and managing data involved with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for the facility. Work closely with Operations and Quality managers on inventory processes and improvements.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness

• Direct and coordinate physical inventory, including auditing and monitoring cycle counts
• Develop and manage proper inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed

The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). Summary
Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to supervise, coordinate and oversee the logistics operations and provide coaching, development and training to the staff members. The successful candidate must be able to provide recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes. • Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations;

Summary
The Transportation Coordinator I is responsible for maintaining and balancing the inbound/ outbound process of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure daily production needs are met, providing timely communications to other departments and leadership personnel, and supporting all other warehouse operation functions and personnel as assigned. Subcontracts Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Provide subcontract administration support, including pre-and post-award subcontract administration within an internal subcontracts team, and maintain responsibility for soliciting and administering subcontracts, modifications, and task and delivery orders. Assist with the formulation of price strategy and price-to-win in conjunction with prime contract and project leads, review prime solicitation packages, and draft subcontract solicitation packages to support the prime proposal.
