What you’ll do:
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of hospitality on the executive floors. Ensure all requests are fulfilled to the highest standard whilst proactively planning the daily delivery and checking with the PA`s of any changes.
- You will use world-class customer service and superb communication skills, to ensure the smooth running of hospitality on the executive floor, delivering coffees, breakfast and lunches, assisting where required in meeting requests from the board members and their guests.
- Provide delivery of 5-star customer service.
- Ensure cleanliness of the Executive floors.
- Set up and serve fine dining lunches/dinners (experience not essential as training will be given)
- Be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require
- Comply with all H&S and Food Safety regulations.
What you bring:
- Excellent team ethos and superb communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Computer literacy – MS Office packages
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but a can-do attitude and complete customer focus will tick the box
- Champion of health & safety practices
- Desire to grow and progress your career if you are interested
- Experience within the hospitality industry I.e.; restaurant or members club

Package Description - 40 Hours per week
- £15.67 per hour
- Monday- Friday (some weekends and evenings may be required)
- Central London location, very close to transport links and underground within minutes walk.
