Provides subject matter expertise for technical training and/or professional development curriculum. The Technical Instructor is responsible for supporting the instructional design process, including design/redesign, execution, and success metrics. Conducts assessment of course objectives vs. student performance, diagnosis of performance gaps such as CPI/EJCS data as well as incorporating PSL established competencies. Assesses employee needs and assists in the as-needed adaptation of training program materials, ensuring training content aligns appropriately to the learning style of the audience and addresses performance gaps for the Product Service Lines and Support Organizations.

Requirements:

The Secure and Specialist Learning Disability Division have a number of Forensic and Enhanced Support services that include High Secure, Medium Secure, Low Secure, Step Down and Enhanced beds based within inpatient services or in the community. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of health and fitness activities for service users within the Secure and Specialist Learning Disability Division.
