Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.
• Provide supports to full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, safety and health, HR reporting, relevant administration and all HR matters and issues.
• Provide a range of HR advices and supports to senior management and employees on all HR matters.
• Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring HR procedures, systems, policies and best practices, and monitor adherence and compliance.
• Provide guidance to staff for effective work arrangement.
• Provide supports to senior management to address people impact on business strategies and decisions, including recommend appropriate people management solutions in relation to organizational development.
• Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and HR Consultant in the development of high functioning team and work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or other related field
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources Management or related discipline, with good understanding of Employment Act and Malaysia Labour Law.
• Proven experience in leadership with exposure to broad range of HR techniques and practices.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing HR processes, systems and policies.
• Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyse issues, and develop and implements innovative solutions to problems and to improve organisational effectiveness that support company’s objectives and goals.
• Excellent HR skills and knowledge, e.g. recruitment (both local and foreign workers), employee relations, workforce planning and etc.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay language, including the ability to deliver communication internally and externally, and the ability to prepare written reports, policies, actions plans and other reports as required.
• Immediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products, e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point are essential.

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Business Support cum Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our business support and logistics operations with a strong focus on inventory and stock management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems, develop solutions, and enhance processes to streamline our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for inventory and warehouse management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock handling.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize inventory control and stock management.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to address challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize consignment stock allocation, ensuring appropriate levels of inventory to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, including vendor management, negotiations, and procurement processes.
• Oversee E-Perolehan (EP) coordination, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, stock levels, and procurement activities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, performance metrics, and supply chain operations.
• Lead problem-solving efforts related to inventory discrepancies, stockouts, and supply chain disruptions.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support team members' development and growth.
• Manage office and facilities operations, including maintenance, security, and logistics support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of team management experience.
• Understanding of distribution and logistics principles.
• Interest in innovative technologies, with a focus on automation software.
• Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, and logistics operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Kelayakan:

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau Ijazah Sarjana dalam bidang Sumber Manusia, Undang-Undang, Sains Sosial, Hubungan Antarabangsa, atau bidang yang berkaitan dari Universiti atau Institusi Pendidikan yang diiktiraf oleh Suruhanjaya; 

•  

  Kredit Bahasa Malaysia (termasuk lulus ujian lisan) dan Bahasa Inggeris pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Suruhanjaya;

•  

   

  Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja sekurang-kurangnya 5-10 tahun dalam bidang pengurusan sumber manusia serta mempunyai pengetahuan dan kefahaman mengenai hak asasi manusia;

•  

  Memahami undang-undang dan peraturan berkaitan pengurusan sumber manusia di Malaysia;

•  

  Kemahiran dalam menguruskan hubungan pekerja dan majikan, latihan dan pembangunan pekerja serta pengurusan bakat;  

•  

  Mempunyai kemahiran dan pengalaman dalam merancang dan menguruskan belanjawan di peringkat Bahagian;

•  

  Mahir bertutur dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris; dan

•  

  Mampu bekerja dalam pasukan dengan pemantauan yang minima.

     iii.            Merancang, melaksana dan memantau aktiviti tahunan dan pelan tindakan Bahagian dan memastikan pelaksanaan mengikut perancangan;

     iv.            Merancang dan menguruskan belanjawan di peringkat Bahagian;

       v.            Menyelaras dan menyelia tugasan pegawai dan kakitangan Bahagian;

     vi.            Menyediakan laporan aktiviti Bahagian untuk Laporan Tahunan SUHAKAM;

   vii.            Mewakili Suruhanjaya ke mesyuarat-mesyuarat berkaitan tugasan Bahagian;
