Under its massive expansion program, we are now seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Executive HR BP to be based at Cyberville, Cyberjaya, with an opportunity to develop a professional future career growth in the Group.

Job Purpose:

In general, manage all human resources portfolios for the group (local & overseas) and formulate the human capacity strategy so that it aligns with the business plan for the parent company and all subsidiaries.

To work alongside stakeholders to implement and embed the strategic HR for the organization. To provide HR expertise to the organization and address all associated people matters by best practice, internal policies, and legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

• To provide HR advice and guidance to employees/stakeholders related to HR matters.
• Train, coach, support, and offer guidance to all stakeholders on the application of HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
• Identify priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Deliver key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment & onboarding, training and development, IR/ER, and others.
• Support managers/stakeholders in dealing with complex casework, performance, attendance, and other employee-related issues.
• Provide HR support to wider organizational projects, leading to change management activity.
• To prepare the report as required.
• To complete any other duties requested by Management.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of working experience in HR Business Partnering with senior management teams in HR role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and good in IR/ER Act.
• Experience handling Groups of Companies local & overseas.
• Good track record in building professional relationships and strong credibility.

職責：

• 向員工/利害關係人提供與人力資源事務相關的人力資源建議和指導。
• 根據現行立法，就人力資源政策和程序的應用向所有利益相關者提供培訓、指導、支持和指導。
• 確定公司和部門計劃中的優先事項，將業務需求轉化為有效的人力資源實踐，並提供符合業務目標的人員解決方案。
• 在整個人力資源領域提供關鍵人力資源計劃，包括勞動力規劃、重組、資源配置、人才管理、薪酬和獎勵、員工關係、員工敬業度、績效管理、招聘和入職、培訓和發展、IR/ER 等。

Job Description:

• Independently manage a portfolio of audit clients and leading a team to provide a high level of service to the clients.
• Managing the audit team and ensure that all audit assignments are carried out effectively, efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Preparing job allocation planning and manage the capacity of staff force.
• Review audit files.
• Review audit planning and identify potential problem areas for audit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing all aspects for construction payables, to include payment tracking.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress billings
• Prepare monthly reports for AR & AP
• Assemble subcontractor and vendor invoices, insurance certification, release and other required documents
• Month end revenue and cost accruals based on percentage of completion accounting
• Process customer invoices daily
• Set up new customer accounts and run credit reports
• Monitor Accounts Receivable/collections
• Process Accounts Payable invoices for new vendors
• Process weekly Accounts Payable check run and monitor when invoices are due
• Asset Management process and reporting
• Post journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts as needed
• Process monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with financial statement review
• Assist Controller with month-end closing process
• Provide back-up to Accounting Clerk, Office Manager, and Accounting Specialist to keep the department running smoothly
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy and/or professional qualifications (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW)
• Minimum 10 years professional experience in construction accounting
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Strong knowledge and Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Autocount.
• Knowledge of Construction Cost Accounting, AUTOCOUNT preferred
• Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail

• Manage and handle full sets of accounts, prepare monthly management report.
