• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR and HR Business Partnering, experience in leading teams preferred
• Well-versed in Singapore labour law, up-to-date with local HR trends and able to act as the trusted HR subject matter expert
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Goal-oriented, commercially aware, and problem-solver, with the ability to coach and mentor team members and passionate about working with people

You will be joining a well established Global MNC who are leaders in electronic components distribution. They are now looking for an experienced HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations support
• Handle all HR and administrative issues in Singapore
• Handle employee's onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in insurance plans and yearly renewal
• Responsible for employee's engagement
• Assist in manpower planning including manpower movement, promotions, internal transfer, leaves etc
• Reporting of HR manpower requisitions for new hires and ensure that all other forms of documentation are in order.
• Accountable for HR policies & procedures
• Adhere to ISO standards required by the company

Requirements:

• Min. 5-8 years of HR operations experience within the distribution center/ logistics/ trading/ manufacturing industries
• Experienced in blue collar & white collar recruitment would be ideal
• Clear understanding of relevant regional internal/external policies

Base Salary up to SGD 7,500 / month

Location: West
