Role

As a Senior Research Manager, you will take the lead on running market research projects, involving client liaison and project management from research design through to final debrief presentations. The work covers a range of ad hoc projects, typically involving quantitative and qualitative research (predominantly quantitative), and both traditional and online fieldwork in India and internationally. With MMR’s focus on developing new and better research methods and sophisticated analysis techniques, the role offers the opportunity to gain experience of several novel and exciting approaches to conducting research and interpreting data.  

We are looking for an individual with 6-8 years in the market research agency field.  Ad hoc agency experience is preferable, ideally you will have FMCG experience and experience in handling product and concept tests. Responsibilities

Work with a team of analysts to ensure prompt delivery of service to responsible clients to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

• To assist the senior member to identify a new business opportunity in the industry
• Prepares client proposals and study designs and estimates costs of projects, with supervision
• Constructs and implements the analytical plan
• Develop study design, and questionnaires, and discuss analytical plans with the modeling team
• Monitors changes in job costs and communicates cost changes to client, as needed
• Run market simulations, analyze study data, and provides report conclusions and recommendations, with minimal supervision
• Prepares and presents study results to clients
• Consults with clients regarding research designs and general study concerns
• Supervises direct reports by answering questions, providing constructive and consistent feedback, and conducting performance appraisals in a timely manner

Client servicing

• Undertake sales activities in conjunction with the commercial team in terms of preparation and delivery of proposals and credentials
• Work with the Customer Success team on analysis to drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews
• Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards
• Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within the client organization

With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for an experienced Learning Support Manager who is passionate about teaching and learning and will onboard, nurture and grow relationships with new and existing teachers.

Reporting to the Head of Learning, our Learning Support Manager will:

• Deliver high-quality, fun and impactful learning experiences across a variety of workshops, webinars and training sessions for all of our teacher users.
• Win current and prospective teacher users over in individual and group meetings by building meaningful and value-driven relationships both in-person and online.
• Design high-quality, scaffolded assessments to ensure our teacher users consistently deliver outstanding learning experiences to their students.
• Deliver exceptional support experiences for our teacher and student users by handling inbound support requests.
• Successfully manage multiple projects working end-to-end across our pilot and enterprise implementations.

Professional Skills

• Educational Design: Passionate about creating and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored for educated professionals. Skilled in developing, delivering, and evaluating effective learning experiences grounded in pedagogical principles.
• Relationship Building: Adept at winning over individuals in one-on-one and group settings, both in-person and online. Possesses strong interpersonal skills and a talent for establishing meaningful connections quickly.
• Assessment Design: Skilled in crafting high-quality, scaffolded assessments that align with pedagogical best practices. Experienced in developing assessments that enhance the learning process and encourage skill development.
• Support: Detail-oriented approach to solving problems. Proven ability to provide exceptional support and services to users, customers, teachers, and/or students.
• Project Management: Demonstrated organisational expertise with a focus on prioritisation, discipline, and stakeholder management. Experienced in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, both independently and collaboratively.

Professional Experience

• You hold a bachelor's degree from a leading university
• You have 5+ years of experience working as a teacher, trainer, tutor, learning designer, etc, developing, delivering and evaluating learning experiences.
• You have experience providing support to users of a product.
• You have demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, both independently and as part of a team.
