- You genuinely enjoy finding popular spins to complex topics, from quantum computing or sustainable textile fibers to public policy impact or next-generation health tech.
- You are goal-oriented: tracking KPIs is second nature and you can adjust your strategy accordingly.
- You follow a range of media outlets internationally, particularly but not necessarily limited to English-language media, and intuitively know what they are looking for.
- You have a proven track record in media work or journalism, with 5+ years of work experience and a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- You possess exceptional, professional-level writing and editing skills in English. In practice, you improve other writers’ texts with your comments, both grammatically and substantively, ensuring top-notch content. Passive Finnish skills are considered an advantage for this position.
