As a Technical Art Director / CG Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in our game development process by leading and inspiring a team of technical artists and animators. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between art and technology, ensuring that our games achieve cutting-edge visuals while maintaining optimal performance on console platforms.

You will be required to work across all our studio locations with both Art Directors and Project Artists, tackling the many different production challenges faced during the natural development of console games. Building a close relationship with the many disciplines to drive both existing and future tech and tools is critical to the success of this role.

As the Technical Art/Anim Director you will report into the Global Head of Art.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Team Leadership: Build, lead and manage a team of technical artists and technical animators, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them excel in their roles.
2. Art and Technology Integration: Collaborate closely with art and engineering teams to drive the seamless integration of art assets and technology, focusing on optimization and efficiency, developing an understanding of the needs of the clients as well as our own internal teams.
3. Performance Optimization: Develop and implement technical art strategies to optimize game performance on console platforms, including graphics rendering, memory usage, and load times.
4. Art Pipelines: Create and maintain efficient art pipelines that ensure a smooth workflow for the art team, reducing iteration times and improving quality.
5. Visual Quality: Set and maintain high standards for visual quality, ensuring that the artistic vision is realized within the constraints of console hardware.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure that art and technology are aligned with gameplay and design requirements.
7. Research and Development: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and lead R&D efforts to incorporate innovative art techniques and tools into the development process.
8. Develop and implement: New animation tools based on both client and the project needs.     
9. Documentation and Training: Produce and maintain technical documentation for the art team and provide training and knowledge sharing on best practices and new tools.

5. Prepare and maintain records relating to students’ progress, performance, and attendance.

6. Contribute to the review of the assigned unit(s)/component(s).

7. Mentor and provide academic care and support, including career guidance to students.

8. Keep up to date on the development of discipline related teaching practices and learning strategies.

9. Establish and maintain links with the industry and institutions to foster a total approach of academic pursuit alongside industry practice.

10. Contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration and research.

11. Teach in other courses within the Faculty of Art & Design or across the Academy as appropriate, if required.

12. Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

1. Master degree qualification is preferred.

Job Description Program Manager, Digital Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in program management, with a minimum of 3 years in the management of digital initiatives, customer engagement or consulting
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field: Essential for providing a strong foundation in business principles, marketing strategies, and technological concepts crucial for success.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs and preferences in digital initiatives, ensuring an enhanced overall customer experience.

We're looking for an Head of Digital Delivery to join a an innovative, market-leading insurance company. Working closely with all the senior leadership to determine strategic priorities and lead major programmes and manage teams delivering process improvements.
Our client has been continuously digitising their business, this role will enable the delivery of new digital services, with their digital transformation portfolio you will have the autonomy to re-engineer the business end to end, accelerating their development and innovation.
In this position you will have the autonomy to imbed new solutions in a huge digitalised business.
Working on large scale migration projects, our client is looking for someone who has extensive experience working end-to-end business transformations and experience in Salesforce.
What you'll be doing:
* Responsibility for clear Digital portfolio target outcomes and delivery objectives, aligned to the strategy and multi-year roadmap
* Proactively drive collaboration across all relevant stakeholders to shape, agree and review business cases and high-level portfolio delivery estimates
* Planning design and delivery activities in line with hybrid change framework, facilitating collaboration across the business, technology and operational teams
* Leading, developing and empowering the Digital portfolio delivery team on both a direct and matrix management basis to support delivery of initiatives
* Ensuring portfolio activities are appropriately directed and resourced to delivery outputs aligned to value, quality, time and budget requirements

What we're looking for:
* Proven track record delivering successful data, digital and technology change and transformation in particular using a package-based solution

* Solid delivery, budgeting, and resource planning skills
* Successful project and programme delivery of large, complex technical transformation programmes and portfolios through to benefits realisation
