Purpose:

The role of the Senior Logistics Executive / Logistic Executive is to ensure and execute end-to-end logistics operations in order and supply fulfilment within Asia according to the company’s policies of delivery time, quality, cost and standards; and complies to regulatory and customs requirements.

Main Duties:

• To plan, coordinate and ensure smooth completion of all inbound and outbound deliveries and orders; from source (origin) to end-destination in accordance to trade regulations, customs, and good distribution practices (GDP) requirements.
• Communicate appropriately to obtain/provide necessary updates/support with suppliers, distribution agents, logistic service providers (LSP), and customers, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of logistic tasks.
• Prepare required documentation, declarations, and/or labels to facilitate shipment, trade, and payments between the company, customers, and all other relevant parties involved (e.g. banks, insurance companies, warehouse(s), freight forwarder(s), third partly logistics vendor(s) etc.).
• To highlight, record and report to management on logistic and order processing complaints, issues or challenges such as damaged good, and quality issues or defects.
• Prepare and report daily/monthly inventory, order status, and billings reports to management.
• To perform annual stock-take; prepare, record, and report inventory reports and reconciliation in warehouses located in Asia.
• Prepare, coordinate and report annual disposal of obsolete/damaged inventory with warehouses in Asia.
• Prepare, record and report annual filing and storage of documents with document management and control company.

Qualifications:

• Preferably Diploma/Degree in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in handling import-export, specialised shipping or freight forwarding in a trading company, logistic service provider or in manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge in import-export procedures and requirements within Asia.
• Familiar with working on Oracle’s ERP system is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, especially on excel.
• Good ability to communicate and influence vendors or partners to manage and resolve daily challenges.
• Good command of English.

1. Accounts Payable and Receivable. Process invoices, payments, and receipts related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. This includes accurately recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments and collections.
2. General Ledger Maintenance. Assist with the maintenance of the general ledger by recording financial transactions, posting journal entries, and updating ledger accounts. This involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the general ledger.
3. Financial Reporting. Support the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, under the guidance of the accountant. This may involve gathering data, performing calculations, and organizing information for reporting purposes.
4. Bank Reconciliation. Reconcile bank statements with the company's accounting records to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for. This involves comparing bank balances, identifying discrepancies, and resolving any outstanding items.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering relevant financial data, analyzing trends, and preparing budget schedules and reports. This may include variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted amounts.
6. Financial Analysis. Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement. This may involve analyzing financial ratios, profitability metrics, and other key performance indicators to provide insights to management.

Job Description:

· Handle all aspects relating to the accounting functions to facilitate the closing of the full set of accounts (eg. GL, AP, AR reconciliation, payroll & etc.)

· Resolving outstanding payments and sending statements to customers. Ensure timely collections from the customers.

· Responsible for preparing month-end and year-end closing schedules.

· Handling the Bank reconciliation, Petty Cash

· Prepare and ensure compliance with GST filing requirement.

· Liaising with external auditors and tax agent on audit & tax requirements for the year-end statutory audit.

· Verify that all transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

. Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experiences & good in double entry

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
• Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in FMCG, Hospitality, F&B, Retail or Creative industries will have an advantage
• Possesses ability to execute videography and photography to a degree suitable for social media platforms
• Deep understanding of the digital landscape & advertising, social media trends and hands-on experience in B2C marketing. Additionally, a clear idea of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance

Job Requirements:Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of HR working experience in start-up IT industry and equipped with strong experience in recruitment for R&D technical roles will be advantageous
Knowledge of employment act and local practices and regulations in Singapore
Fluent interpersonal communication skills with bilingual in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with the China HQ counterparts/personnel for work or project related matters
Hands-on, well organized, self-driven and able to work independently yet a good team player
Excellent multi-tasking skills to work in a face-paced environment

Operations Manager are assumed to be skilled in managing diverse operations of 7 stalls in Food Court. They must build positive business relationship with the Outlet Supervisor, Chef and Team and be responsible for the overall success of the outlets by leading a team of outlet supervisor towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals aligned to the company strategic plans.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Management
• Provides production direction to Team Member in a clear, concise, and positive way and coaches others to lead operations
• Ensures Team Member delivers quality service and food in accordance with company’s guidelines
• Act as a point of contact between HQ Corporate office and assigned outlets.
• Provide information from HQ to Outlet Managers and Team through various ways of communication
• Coach and mentor, all level of Team Members in your assigned outlets
• Review all assigned outlets’ Daily Business Reports on a daily and weekly basis, and identify problems and suggest improvement measures

Outlet Operational Leadership
• Leads operations by directing efficient and accurate preparation of products for prompt customer delivery within the established speed of service guidelines
• Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements
• Coordinate and arrange on-going maintenance with HQ Corporate office to ensure business continuity
• Review customers feedbacks and incident reports, and ensure actions are taken and execute AAR for improvement

Manpower
• Review outlets’ weekly schedule to ensure staffing levels based on business needs and coverage for Outlet Supervisor(s) during operating hours
• Manage manpower cost in your assigned outlets
• Resolve employees’ concerns and conflicts when required
• Manage and maintain team’s hiring and attrition rate

Requirements
