You will be supporting fee earners with all aspects of legal secretarial support. You will be joining an existing and experienced team of secretaries. Duties will include but not limited to:
➡️ Preparation, checking and proofreading correspondence.
➡️ Typing and completing legal forms and setting up legal forms from a precedent.
➡️ Taking accurate telephone messages for your fee earner.
➡️ Diary management for fee earners booking appointments on Outlook.
➡️ Maintaining client files.
➡️ General office admin, including photocopying and filing.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need extensive secretarial experience, ideally legal or professional services secretarial experience, together with great communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload. You will need to be proficient in the Microsoft packages.

Provide receptionist services for clients at their site.

Work closely with the client's staff to assist with front office
Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person

Preferred Shift: 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday
The Compensation range for this role is 18.29 to 26.49USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.

The Senior Contracts Manager supports the US Sales organization by providing expertise in negotiating and drafting a variety of business to business contracts as a part of the US Legal Contract Management team. Senior Legal Counsel:
Supporting the Government Solutions and Sales business, the Senior Legal Counsel manage many different subjects and a high volume of legal requests, while delivering quality legal advice / analyses.
Your role:

About the role:

What you will do:
Key responsibilities include;
Partnering with the Operations and Procurement teams, communicating on legal matters and risks
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts, addressing legal terms and obligations

Ensuring compliance to contract governance processes, and staying current with applicable laws to TGE’s operations
Assisting with delivering the compliance training for the Operations & Procurement teams.
What you’ll bring:
Have a minimum of 5 years legal practise experience working with an inhouse team, or reputable mid to top tier law firm
Locally recognised tertiary qualification (Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Juris Doctor (J.D.))
Experience in legal compliance, safety regulation and contract drafting and negotiation.

Proven ability to deliver legal advice, supporting compliance and strategic objectives

Security Officer Fuller Continuing Care Patrols hospital buildings and grounds to detect or deter criminal activity and unsafe conditions. Completes required ongoing training and education, including department specific requirements. Maintains required licensure and certifications.

A media relations intern will work on the East media push, covering news for Southeast Michigan with the goal of elevating Corewell Health’s reputation locally, regionally and nationally. Through coaching from an APR-credentialed professional, the intern will be able to build their portfolio with both written assets and hands-on experience such as press conferences, events and other activities. They will learn the start-to-finish approach to successfully promoting a media story including story mining; interviewing SMEs; writing release/pitch/media advisory; researching and targeting reporters, outlets and producers; and many other day-to-day facets of a great media relations effort. The intern would have the opportunity to pitch national media as appropriate as well as news across the State.
