Job Description

Security Engineer's role is to support the product team in performing product/solution installation, testing, documentation, and support.

Responsibility:

• Provide technical consulting, implementation, support and service delivery to our customers on Identity Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Perform system installation, implementation & upgrade services of IAM/SSO solutions.
• Involve in full cycle of project implementation activities - business requirement information gathering, prepare & finalize solution design, solution implementation & development, SIT/UAT, prepare system documentation & production cutover and system go live.
• Involve in post-implementation production support/ad hoc to ensure all the problems/issue solved within the target SLA.
• Monitor and analyze project risk and provide status update report to customer.
• Support pre-sales consulting activities; eg: product presentation, demo and POC.
• Conduct technical training to customers on IAM/SSO solution. 
   

Required Skills

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in managing the development, implementation, practice and maintenance of IAM/SSO solutions.
• Hands-on experience with knowledge IAM/SSO solutions tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

• Responsible for the Technology Risk Management function for ACSM in managing technology risk and enhancing technology resilience.
• To oversight the current and emerging technology risk, cyber risk and security which could potentially impact the ACSM’s risk profile.
• To ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.
• Identify and report on technology risk including security breaches, to initiates correction action and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate independent technology risk assessment which has been assigned by CISO.

• Implement information / IT security engagements for clients
• Provide delivery expertise on information security projects. This could be on technical or process aspects (such as Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) or ISO 27001, Business Continuity Management / IT Disaster Recovery Management or ISO 22301/ ISO 27301, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud security, cyber security design, tools and solutions, security strategy and security project management).

Job Description & Requirements

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
