TPM manages the implementation of all the technical aspects of a project/program, since the technical solution through deployment activities and customer acceptance. TPM plans, organizes and pilots the Technical Project in the framework of the overall project. TPM is the customer prime interface for all the technical aspects of the project and manages the day to day technical relationship with the customer. TPM works closely with the Solution Architect and Product Line Managers to deliver the project. This Senior position is to oversee a large project (cost and time), involving multiple BG / BU.

Key Responsibilities / Functions:

• New Product introduction into Customer Lab and Product Homologation process.

• Customer Relationship Management, for the technical solution. Close team work with CPM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s Degree in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or applicable Industry experience

• At least 10 years of relevant Technical experience in Telecom Industry. Minimum 5 years of relevant New Product Introduction experience. Experience working for big accounts (T-Mobile, ATT, Verizon) is highly desirable.

• At least 5 years in Fixed Access Wireless projects.

As the Partner Technology Manager (PTM) on the Partner Technology Operations team, you will responsible for owning the technical relationship with YouTube's content partners. This involves working with and debugging technology-centric operational issues (such as automating manual processes to minimize human error) that partners have, identifying technology-driven strategies for these partners to achieve their business objectives, and also create internal tools and data pipelines (for Partnerships and cross-functional teams) to ensure product/business vertical operational efficiency.

AI Singapore (AISG) is a national AI programme launched by the National Research Foundation (NRF) to anchor deep national capabilities in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

AI Singapore is sourcing for an individual to join the AI Innovation team as an Assistant Programme Manager / Senior Executive. The Assistant Programme Manager / Senior Executive will assist the Head, Talent Operations, AI Innovation, in managing and overseeing programmes that will impact the AI initiatives within AI Singapore and will be working closely with the AI Innovation Team to facilitate approvals in accordance to the governance structure within AI Singapore.

He / She will need to interact with Directors, internal administrative teams, professors, external funders and the respective institution’s administrative team.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Assistant Programme Manager / Senior Executive will manage, execute, support and track the progress of one or many concurrent programmes/initiatives, to bring the programmes to their successful completion. He / She is expected to:

• Work closely with the AI Innovation team and other stakeholders as required.
• Plan, coordinate and communicate programme plans, timelines and activities to internal and external AI Singapore stakeholders.
• Participate in programme launch activities such as estimation of efforts, preparation of high-level plans with timeline and resource-related requirements such as staffing and coordination.
• Monitor and track progress of programmes and stay on top of the programmes to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage and coordinate programme deliverables to ensure the programme quality and objectives.
• Manage the reimbursement and disbursement of funds, where applicable.
• Analyse and highlight programme risks, and develop necessary risk mitigation plans.
• Maintain programme issue register to keep close watch of programme issues till their resolution.
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations by understanding customers’ needs and providing realistic expectations and scope of the programmes for the AI Singapore team to execute upon.
• Provide periodic update on programme milestone progress to programme sponsors and escalate issues not resolvable through the AI Singapore management.
• Keep a complete record of all programme documentation (minutes, presentations, terms and conditions) to allow for easy and quick extraction for audit purposes.
• Support all auditing requirements for the programmes.
• Perform the tasks as assigned and delegated by the Head, Talent Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programme management skills, with ability to manage one or more programmes concurrently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
