JOB DESCRIPTION :- 

1. Plan and manage digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and etc）

2. Help marketing team editing video and create content video for Tiktok, FB and other platform.

3. Identify new trends in related industry and insights and optimize performance based on the insights.

4. Develop and implement digital media and online advertisement; Explore and maximize social media channels to raise brand awareness

5. Performing SEO audits to identify various issues impacting clients' search engine performance; Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the brand platform.

6. To craft design material and online posting.

7. To support online webinars when required

8. Prepare scriptwriting for all online platform and video content.

9. Develop content for social media advertising campaigns such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.

10. Help create mail pieces, taglines, content, online ads, email, proposal, and other marketing tools.

11. Help Senior Digital Marketing to perform daily task.

REQUIREMENT :- 

1. Diploma/Bachelor in Marketing/Business/Multimedia/Advertising/Graphic design or equivalent.

2. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

3. Able to work in Raja Uda, Butterworth Penang

4. Skill in editing video are advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• To achieve monthly sales target discussed and set by management team.
• To perform follow up of unfinished potential deals and customers.
• To perform sourcing of cold leads or new sales opportunities.
• To liaise with R&D team closely for customers’ enquiry.
• To arrange food presentation, food testing or customer visits for potential, new and existing customers.
• To provide solutions to potential, new and existing customers.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to speak, write, and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Possess own transport, work location: Selayang Baru.
• Able to be prepared and attend for events during weekends.
• Able to work under pressure in order to achieve sales target.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.

• Assist to pickup inbound calls
• Assist to handle complaint calls

1. To setup derivative test system for product lines based on test specification (PAV) provided by CoC team accordingly to following requirement:

• To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within the planed budget.
• On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig and fixture purchase)
• Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure.
• To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown more effectively and maintain test system in achieving FOR (NTF related FOR) and OEE target. (eg. Propose Preventive Maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes, Test System Setup guideline and test fixture and job design concept)

      2. To participate in project meeting to clarify plant/ production requirement on test  
          system.

      3. Responsible on full test implementation according to test procedure according to PAV
          defined by CoC team and achieve defined test coverage, make sure alignment and
          calibration process (such of flashing of memory, tuner alignment/ calibration.) is in line
          with test procedure.

      4. To support line for trouble shooting in test system.

      5. General support on the following:

• To participate in FOR daily meeting, project meeting to monitor daily operation issue test related.
• To upgrade software to the latest DUT software released by ENG.
• To analysis MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine efficiency.
• Early involved in new model concept discussion with CoC and TEF7, to ensure smooth handling from new project set up team after SOP.

       6. Any other TEF7 related duties assigned to.

• Business Controls and Compliance provides assurance to the management that business operational process and reporting controls are working in accordance with corporate audit requirements, internal control framework and company directives, to support the company’s rapid growth strategy.
• Define, review, validate and process information, and then execute business processes in accordance with contracts, policies and procedures established with distributors.
• Review and understand end-to-end business processes, assess key controls, and identify deficiencies, improvement opportunities and analyze root causes.
• Monitor performance, drive corrective actions, and then facilitate the business process and system improvements.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of new processes and workflows and monitor progress and effectiveness.
• Support business continuity processes in Sales & Distribution management including Order management, escalation/cancellation, Stock Rotation/Transfer, Consignment, etc.
• Provide support in terms of data analytics, preparing output from such analytic processes to strive for process improvement and data-driven decisions.
• Support audit process in collaboration with Finance or Internal Audit teams.
