Job Requirement

• 1-3 years + or above of managerial experience.
• The Key Account Sales Manager must have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related filed. An equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
• Communication skills are a must have for this position, in both verbal and written form. These skills are especially necessary in building relationships with consumers and external partners. Additionally, the clarity of communication between the Key Account Sales Manager and Sales Executive and collaborating personnel will also be a determinant of the overall performance in the department. The Key Account  Sales Manager must also be in a position to convey even the most complex information and insights in his reports in a simple, clear, and convincing manner, tailoring messages to suit various audiences.
• The Key Account Sales Manager must also be a story-teller who is able to sell the brand to potential clients and secure more sales for the business. Role Description:

Through the remainder of calendar year 2024, SGS will continue to execute an ambitious initiative to implement Workday as its global HR Technology solution across 7 regions/118 countries around the world. • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma in Business/Marketing/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of work experience in a related field is required for this position.

• Strong understanding of the payment industry, including knowledge of payment products and services.

• Persuasive negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

• Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities :

To represent RMS in acquiring for new key merchants to accept the payment services offered by RMS.

• To lead and handhold small business unit, focusing mainly on managing team pipelines and addressing issues faced by team members in closing deals.
• To work with HOD to outline any developed strategies to improve the businesses by looking in-depth into existing data etc. 
• To research, solicit and develop new clients/partners and opportunities.
• To contact existing key clients to establish rapport and arrange regular meetings.
• To plan and coordinate marketing initiatives with team members.
• To increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• To develop quotes for and present proposals to clients.
• To coordinate with leads from Tech, Ops and Support teams in addressing key customers’ requests and issues.
• To identify gaps and propose improvement recommendations in existing business processes to increase business team productivity

Job Responsibilities :

To represent RMS in acquiring for new merchants to accept the payment services offered by FIUU.

• To solicit and hunt for new merchants for payment acceptance via FIUU.
• To achieve individual KPI in sales and revenue targets.
• To align with the departmental / company’s business objectives and direction.
• To act as the liaison person between key merchants and the company.
• To build and maintain good business relationship with merchants for repeat business and referrals.
• To ensure completeness and timeliness in submitting merchant applications.
• To handle and resolve basic merchant servicing issues by liaising with Tech & Ops teams

Pre-Requisites :

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales or business development from a similar industry is required for this position.
• Minimum SPM - Diploma & above will be an advantage.
• Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
• Possess an aggressive attitude in hunting for or recruiting good merchants that can help achieve sales target.
• Able to communicate professionally – ability to speak in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
