As a F&B Assistant Manager , we rely on you to:

• Be responsible for the everyday operation, management, marketing and overall performance of the outlet.
• Over-see the day-to-day running of the outlet in connection with staffing, service, cost control, achieving maximum revenue and guest satisfaction
• Delegation of duties and responsibilities to his / her team members
• Ensure all rules and regulations are adhered to responsibly for uniformity and are in line with the companies’ policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an international class hotel

Assist in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.

• To have thorough knowledge of the use of all operating equipment and cleaning process
• To be aware of the hotel hygiene and sanitation standards and procedures
• To be aware of the hotel fire and life safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Physically fit
• Oral and written fluency in English
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in an International Class Hotel
