Summary:

• Reporting to the Site Business Director, you will be leading a team responsible for the front line management of the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services to a PFI Contract.
• This will encompass all aspects of Hard FM included within the agreed SLAs including the management of in-house and outsourced resources to deliver both hard services.

As a Digital Technology Manager, your job responsibility involves:

Digital Thought Leadership:

• Providing thought leadership in digital technology, formulating short-, medium-, and long-term digital strategies and plans.
• Effectively communicating and influencing the strategic digital technology plan to business stakeholders and senior management.
• Understanding the global and local digital technology landscape, leveraging relevant resources to implement the right capabilities at the appropriate times.
• Managing and monitoring metrics for the entire digital technology portfolio while promoting and driving digital awareness training throughout the organization.

Project Management:

• Developing a solution delivery framework, this includes stakeholder management, identifying risks, and finding effective and creative solutions to mitigate delays for faster and continuous delivery.
• Collaborating with the business to understand needs and define requirements, proposing solutions and managing project resourcing.
• Managing the design and build phases of digital communications and tools, developing and managing the process from ideation through to launch.
• Ensuring projects are executed and operationalized by tech resources or service providers in partnership with cross-functional teams, aligned with objectives, timelines, and budget.

Digital Tech Operations:

• Developing plans to ensure digital platforms operate for scalability and stability, providing day-to-day support for infrastructure, platforms, and systems with reliable high uptime and sufficient capacity to support increasing solutions and demands.
• Ensuring systems are well-maintained and up-to-date with technology, equipped with adequate tools and processes from monitoring to recovery phases.
• Monitoring and managing vendor performance within SLA, leading monthly/quarterly technology reviews with technology team members and vendor representatives.

skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 5 years of experience in the delivery and project management of Digital or E-commerce technology capabilities.

You should also be conversant with consumer facing digital platforms such as mobile apps, ecommerce platforms, and cloud-based systems etc.
