DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1, To lead HR department, review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

2, To handle or assign administrative tasks to assistants.

3, To be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

4, To support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

5, To liase with China HQ regarding the submission of reports & etc, through systems and Excel.

6, To ensure employee records (attendance, data etc.) is maintain according to policy and legal requirements.

7. To handle ad hoc tasks (eg: Foreign workers’ Working Permit, booking of air plane ticket & hotel for foreign visitors)

Responsibilites & Requirements:

• Responsible for daily activities of the warehouse operation
• Pick goods following Picking List and Delivery Order
• Responsible for any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
• Good working attitude, Positive, and a dependable team player
• Hardworking, responsible, willing to learn, and can work with min. supervision
• Candidate must possess at least SPM level

Job Description:

• Responsible for overall project management including planning, coordination, implementation, execution and successful completion of project.
• Lead site engineers in planning, scheduling, construction oversight and coordinating the civil and structural works.
• Ensures all construction works are caarried out in right seequence and well- coordinated.
• Provide guidance and direction to constrcution workers, subcontractors and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulation and policies.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare site daily report and monthly progress report.
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, and Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, in Construction, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Proficient in mandarin will be an additional advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office in Excel & Words
• Possess good analytical skills, meticulous, highly organized, proactive, committed and strong negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review the requirement received from project team in charge and float the RFQ’s to relevant suppliers.
• Gather prices from relevant suppliers and submit them to project team for review.
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and delivery as per project requirement.
• Prepare the purchase order and submit to project team in charge for approval.
• Send the purchase order to supplier and ensure that supplier obtain the acknowledgement from supplier.
• Follow up on Material Traceability Certificates, if missing.
• Coordinate with Logistic team to arrange the collection of material once ready.
• Create relationships with the long term/reliable suppliers to ensure the best service and delivery is guaranteed.
• Explore and source new suppliers.
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications.
