The Application Consultant
is responsible for managing all software implementation and professional service delivery assigned. The requirements and key attributes required for this position are the Responsibilities:

Professional Services:

• Provide application and business analyst consulting services.
• Identify solutions by understanding client requirements and researching the options available in our software products.
• Develop functional specifications for customers.
• Conduct software implementation including education and training for customers.
• Develop and update project management documentation.
• Communicate with customers punctually and professionally.
• Project Management.
• Customer Support Services.
• Assist clients with software bugs/faults & inquiries.
• Help Desk Services for Software Support Services.

Skills & Attributes:

• Accountable and strong ownership in performing assigned tasks.
• Understanding of client service philosophies
• Knowledge of business practices, standard policies & procedures of the company's software products. Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and the automotive Industry will be an added advantage.
• Proficient with personal computer tools, preferably Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

• To service existing customer base and be proactive in identifying new customer
• To reactivate inactive / dormant customers to expand customer base
• To drive sales and ensure customers are updated with latest product offerings
• To prepare quotation, follow up on sales, and provide after sales service to customers within assigned territory
• To collaborate closely with SRI’s production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order progress
• To ensure customers' payments are made on a timely basis
• To provide regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline and activity summary information to ensure department KPIs are met
• To develop actionable sales strategies together with sales management in order to achieve and / or exceed the team sales target

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is an advantage
• Excellent in verbal and written communication in English and Malay, Mandarin is an added advantage
• Able to work independently, be highly motivated and target driven
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with using Oracle Netsuite is a bonus

RESPONSIBILITES

• To perform follow up on potential deals and customers.
• Daily sourcing of leads or new sales opportunities. 
• To liaise with R&D team closely for customers’ enquiry. 
• To arrange food presentation, food testing or customer visits for potential, new and existing customers. 
• To achieve monthly sales target discussed and set by management team.
• To provide solutions to potential, new and existing customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least 2 years of F&B sales manufacturing line experience. 
• Ability to speak, write, and read in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. 
• Possess Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills. 
• Possess own transport, able to be prepared and attend for events during weekends. 
• Passionate in F&B manufacturing line and eager to learn new things. 
• Punctuality.
